Anywho, erm, Mini, you should definitely read Dark Humor. Not only is it a cliche breaking genre saver, it's also quite possibly the best work of fanfiction I've ever read, especially of it's size. It gets off to something of a modest start, but it is definitely addicting, and it's just plain appealing on a general level. All the characters have so much attention given to them, and they're just so darn... in character. Plus, it has a plot! (And Envy eating cookies. <3)

And about Envy being seme, yeah, I agree with that. Only people for whom that would be iffy would be Greed and Lust, because Greed is... well, he's pretty pure seme material, and I just can't imagine Lust being submissive to anyone.

Greed and Envy strike me as probably having been buddies at one point, and that maybe they took things further once or twice. *Shrug* They way they talk to eachother makes me think that they at least sort of liked eachother at some point, and probably still do.

I do remember when I found out there was a DNAngel/FMA fans club on Deviantart, after I got over the initial 'Wtf? I was sitting directly beside his mom (she was standing at the time) at Otakon and then I moved and was close to the front and was closer to him (I was still close enough being by his mom). So needless to say, I got to take a good look at him. While Vic is a fun guy and I gained more respect of him and Mike because I could sense that they really were passionate about this stuff, I am for the most part with you. He is not hott to me, but I could see how girls would like him. He has a great personality and isn't a bad looking guy.

I'll give you a crash course in YAOI101. Roy/Ed doesn't happen in the anime. This pairing is strictly fan created. You must be new to anime fandom if you're shocked to see two good looking major characters of the same sex paired up. I don't see Roy/Ed truly happening either (fanfics still haven't convinced me yet), but it can look hott barring Ed doesn't look too feminine and too young. Ed/Winry and Roy/Riza technically haven't happened yet either eventhough it's implied that something's there (and believe me, I'd love to see it happen). And no, liking Roy/Ed doesn't make the supporters gay. Same for any of the other pairings. Hughes/Roy I hold near and dear to my heart. But even they have to be under a certain scenario for me to think it could work. Most of the time, people that pair up guys are FEMALES of all sexualities. When guys like girl/girl scenarios, does that make them gay?

Lots of people like Roy/Al, including me. I didn't initially think anything of it beside the standard 'wtf?', but a couple of great fanfics convinced me otherwise, and overall, I find it much more believeable and plausable than Roy/Ed. Mostly, it's a maturity issue with Al, as well as the fact that there's less anymosity between the two. Besides, it's easy to suppose that Al would fall for someone older. (See his near-crushes on Clara and Martel.) He's mature enough to understand that he dosen't know everything, and would happily accept the guidance of an older lover.
That's what I think.
