Thread revival!!
Anywho I decided to add some links for some shounen-ai/ Yaoi webcomics that I've come across. They're free, nicely drawn, and you can read them online.

Breath - I love this one. Shounen-Ai at this point, but I'm sure ecchi stuff is coming later. Alot of the supporting characters remind me of people I know.

Ransom- I'm not a fan of this art style, but some of the characters are likeable.

Love Prohibited- Smutty Yaoi! Not alot of pages yet, but I think they're updated weekly.

I admit it; I'm a shounen-ai/yaoi fan. What can I say? I love guys who love guys...

You've gotta love the subtext; you can find it in nearly every series you watch, no matter what it is. And the "That does it...This relationship is practically canon!" moments? Always priceless.

And I've noticed that people are becoming more and more accepting of it. Cartoon Network is showing Naruto now; don't get me wrong, we all know that Naruto isn't a particularly scandalous series, but it still has its moments. And the network actually left them in. Naruto and Sasuke share an, albeit accidental, kiss in one of the early episodes, and they let it stand. They didn't even move it to Adult Swim; it was right there in the middle of late afternoon, pre-teen primetime. They didn't even edit out all the Haku subtext, and try to pretend that he actually was a girl. (I wouldn't have put it past them.) I have to say, I was shocked. It's official; Cartoon Network has grown a pair.

Because seriously, a couple years ago they wouldn't have even dared. Because America is filled with lawyers who need to make a buck, and all it would take is for someone to get offended. "Oh, my poor innocent son Billy! He saw two boys kiss on the television, and now he can't sleep at night! I demand a bazillion dollars in compensation for the suffering and trauma that your network's five seconds of man-love has caused him!" And that would have been that. But now things have changed, and I'm glad. (By the way, do any of you older folks remember when Duo Maxwell couldn't even say that he was "the God of Death" unless the episode was played after midnight? Man, have times changed...)

In terms of Hagaren, Ed and Al love each other so much, it still stuns me sometimes, even now. Their bond goes so much deeper than what most brothers share, or even most couples. Of course, to say that they love each other that much isn't the same as saying they're in love. But it certainly builds the foundation for some subtext, and fan fiction doesn't have to do much "get-together build up" between them because it practically is canon. I'm not saying that they're my Hagaren OTP, but they sure are adorable.

Well, of all the things I said I'd do... I've only bought Golden Cain. It's a oneshot and the story is not very original, but it has a weird enging. I don't get it really. Guess I should read again and pick the most logic thing to happen.

I didn't go through all new pages, coz I gotta go catch a train soon...
About my site, it's still one thing I wish to make, but it would become a very big thing - but I'm starting off with a smaller part, I think.I'll be focusing on where to dl manga and webcomics. Coz anime got already some good linking sites and blah, there's just too much. Besides, it's personal ~I have trouble downloading anime here because of a shared internet connection and firewall (bittorrents only work a bit decently when there's a larger number of seeders) It suck, but I can't change that.

Oh, a piccie. This is the last drawing I finished ~ 2 of my chars, Hiro and Yoru ^^
And yes, it's a VERY LATE christmas pic, I had holidays and exams, so it had to wait.

Omigod! I am so glad about that! I thought they won't show those parts! It hasn't been shown here in Australia yet, even Shaman King hasn't been shown here yet! Just watched those 2 when I was still in the Philippines and in Japanese...

Why is it that 95% of Havoc/Fury fanart is fegging awful?

Do the Shonen Ai gods hate me? I mean, I know that Havoc is Uber tall, and that Fuery is a little shrimp, but do they have to exxagurate it that much so that Havoc looks like a giant and fury looks like a midget/dwarf/dorky kid? And really, He dosen't even look like a cute kid. He looks like a really ugly balding kid with a wierdly shaped head. I'm not seeking perfection. Just fanart that dosen't look yucky.

They do that with the ukes, shrink them down I mean. One of my major pet peeves with established character yaoi.
