BBQ beef sandwich, chips, and a tagerine.

My Italian cooking project this week is lasagna, so that's what I had for dinner tonight. Sort of. We didn't use the regular tomato sauce--we had this sauce made of butter and milk and flour and paramesan (there's a name for it, but I can't remember) instead. Overall, it was tasty, but it was too greasy (from the 6 ounces of butter, see).

I only had a small portion of it before I started back, since it was already dark and I didn't want to be out too late. So I just had a banana, and will probably eat another one soon.
