1. Roy Mustang (our Flame Alchemist!^^)
2. Riza Hawkeye (explains why I love Royai, eh?)
3. Edward Elric (no way I'm leaving him out!)
4. Alphonse Elric (actually took me a long time to decide between Ed and Al)
5. Havoc (I pretty much like all of the guys in Roy's team)
6. Pride (time for some homunculi!)
7. Lust (I think I like her better in the first anime)
8. Winry (sorry to keep her so far down the list but she's pretty amazing)
9. Hughes (also sorry to keep him so far down the list, he's awesome!)
10. Truth (don't know why but he's both really cool and annoying)

It gets a bit interchangeable the further down you go. My top 3 are solid, though, for sure.

Gosh this is hard to come up with but here's my top 10

1. Riza (I love how strong her loyalty to Roy is throughout the series. Not to mention that Roy is right at the end of the first anime (If I remember correctly) when he said she's beautiful. Truly the kind of woman I want to find one day, someone as strong, caring, and loyal as her.)
2. Al (He's so innocent and seriously is the little brother I wish I had... well without the whole failed human transmutaion but still)
3. Ed (Tied for 3rd with Roy. Ed and I share the same short complex, yet have huge burdens on our shoulders)
4. Roy (Tied for 3rd with Ed. Roy and I share the same short temper)
5. Hughes (I loved the way he gushed over his wife and daughter. If I ever was to settle down way in the future, I'd be like him)
6. Lan Fan (Another young beauty. Again, it's her loyalty to Ling that I really enjoy with her character)
7. Winry (The fact that she's such a nerd when it comes to something she loves really allows me to connect with her character)
8. Ling (I don't know why, but I just like his character in general)
9. Mei Chang (She's this little ball of imagination which reminds me of my child-like mind set I have at times)
10. Havoc (He and I share the same luck with the opposite sex... which means we both have little to no luck at all)

Oh, and Black Hayate gets an honorable mention because he's just so adorable! It's my goal in life to have a dog like Hayate.

These are all from brotherhood/the manga. I saw the original series, but I have to say, it was extremely disappointing in comparison

Reason being, I find the Mustang/Hawkeye relationship the most interesting out of any in the series, as it is the most complex, yet emotionally jarring. Envy is just so naive when it comes to all sorts of things, and it provides a depth to him as a character.

Reason Ed isn't on here (and Al is barely, because he steps outside of this for a few moments) is because he is so predictably over the top with his actions.
