That was sung by Paku Romi as herself, not as Ed.

Paku Romi likes singing Enka (traditional Japanese songs) so tuned that little clip to that feel. She sang it during one session of the Hagaren Radio broadcast programme, and was apologizing quite a bit after that to Porno Graffiti and the fans for ruining the song. lol
