The cast of the movie Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shambala has been confirmed on a official pamphlet given out at the Tokyo International Anime Fair 2005. Scanned below and cast list magnified:



Confirmed cast are as follows:

- Paku Romi
- Kugimiya Rie
- Toyoguchi Megumi
- Ookawa Tooru
- Utsumi Kenji
- Neya Michiko
- Asou Miyoko
- Tsukayama Masane

While the casts' roles have not been officially revealed yet (exceptions: Paku Romi as Edward Elric & Kugimiya Rie as Alphonse Heiderich as heard in the latest trailer), all the voices listed are not unfamiliar to the Fullmetal Alchemist TV animation series; Toyoguchi Megumi plays Winry Rockbell, Ookawa Tooru does Roy Mustang, Utsumi Kenji is Alex Louis Armstrong's voice, Neya Michiko is Riza Hawkeye, Asou Miyoko Pinako Rockbell and Tsukayama Masane as Karl Haushofer (from the season finale ep 51).

I had a pretty good feeling Hawkeye was gonna be in the movie, but it's definitely nice to have some confirmation. Now the question will be whether it'll be AU Hawkeye that shows up in the movie or FMA Hawkeye. Or maybe both? o_O;

I'll say it again. Ed looks downright depressed in those drab clothes. Poor guy, someone make him a red coat stat!

Well considering he spent 2 years on our world and didn't find a clue on how to return home.... I'd say he's got reason to be depressed... oo

I don't blame Ed for being depressed, although he still seems to be as good a fighter as ever.

And I agree with you Sycia, I hope there aren't too many alter-egos as well. It'd start to get really cramped and confusing after awhile. We know for a fact that Al's alter ego and Gracia's alter ego show up, so who knows?

LOL, I'm sure it would. A red coat and a few conks over the skull by Winry. But I'm sure nothing would cheer him up faster than a few pink sparkles chasing after him via Armstrong. LOL

Ed never really decided in the series whether he should fear the sparkles or not. XD

Mm. A Nina on the other side of the gate would probably drive Ed over the edge a little. Everytime they hinted at her in the anime, he was pretty darned sad.
Seeing Hughes would be odd. *imagines him in 1920s clothing* Whoa.

But this is exciting Knowing that Roy and Riza are going to be in it.

I think it was pretty obvious that Roy and Riza would be in it ever since the new trailer hinted that some of the movie will be in the original FMA world as opposed to just being in 'our world'. But I'm actually very, very plesently surprised to see Winry and Pinako will be there too! Although its still a question as to if it'll be the real Winry or 'our world' Winry, I have a haunch it'll be the real one.

And I can dream for a wonderful renioun between her and Ed, right?

be cautious here--since the original our world ed died in london 2 yrs ago, and let's supose he is the sweet heart of the our world windry, will that be a heartbreaking moment when ed tells her that he is not "the" ed she is waiting for?

Hmm...we still dont know who in "Our World" yet, except

Hahaha! True. But if that's the case, I'd laugh because that'd be exactly like Chiyo's awesome story 'Have We Met?' But that would certainly be an interesting thing to happen in the movie... although I doubt it would.

Yup, yup. 'Tis true. The real quesiton is why his cosplaying as his brother? But I suppose we'll just have to wait for the movie to find out.

NOO AL! Al grew a ponytail O.o! NOO! Why IS he cosplaying his brother?!?! DURN IT AL, GO PUT A BLUE COAT ON LIKE I DESIGNED FOR MY COSPLAY! Pooooo! The two trailers I watched for the movie is completely different...
MABYE BOTH ED AND AL GOES BACK INTO THE GATE AND GET THEIR PREVIOUS (ARMOR AND MISSING LEG AND ARM) BODY AND FIGHT THE BAD GUY!
OR MABYE THE ED THAT APPEARS IN THE TRAILER IS REALLY AL AND THE ARMOR IS SOMETHING AL IS CONTROLLING.

damn you people don't think! the first trailer was basicly ed and al in the past before they both got seperated from each other(the whole this is our world line should have sparked a few gears in your head) it couldn't have been al because he doesn't got/get automail. al alco can't do the body aray by clapping his hands together(which is why he needs those gloves.
