I have always liked their stuff and then I saw them at Warped Tour this summer and they were AMAZING! Oh man! They are awesome live! I love It's not a fashion statement its a deathwish, I never told you what I did for a living and Helena (just because I got to croud surf during that song )

Yeah, they are pretty good live. I liked Hang Em High Live and Ghost of You was good live too. Gerard pretty much sounds just like the CD when he sings live :3 No loss of quality there. I was up pretty close to them too, maybe like 20 feet away from them It was cool. I want to see them live again, actually... if I could go that is >3

I know what you mean. I blame MTV. I find all of the bands I like on a music hosting website called purevolume; I'm not influenced by television and what's 'hot'. Stuff like this ruins good bands.

yeah mtv is the bane of all existance, we all know that... but awesome, i go to purevolume all the time. my friend turned me on to it. it is a great place to get free mp3s of alternative/indie/underground stuff. i find it to lag though when at peak times.

They are by aeons, not the best band ever. I could name many mediocre bands that are better. I still listen to them occasionally, though.

Oi, when bands become overly popular and overrated, it is irritating to listen to people over glorify them, even more irritating if they don't know ship about the band.

They had two previous CDs before the new one, just so you know. Most people just don't know or buy the first CD because it was before they were highly mainstream. But I guess you're refering to the new CD and their second.

Of course he looks emo, that is what's cool. During Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, he didn't look as terrible as he does now. Now, he just looks retarded.

As for their new CD being better. I would disagree from what I haveheard. I listened to a few songs, and all of them have some heavy Queen-rip-off-ery. It is a crime to take an excellent band like Queen and turn it into crap like The Black Parade.
