First, FONTS~~
The outer glow is very effective and you could make the space between the letters of the word, smile, closer and the texture is nicely done. But I feel that the avvy is kinda packed, it would be better to make the picture of your avvy more zoomed out but overall, it's very cheerful and pretty.

I like the border, really thin and nice. But I don´t t like the font, nor the color, perhaps a little brightness on the avatar might help get the idea of a sunnier day?

She's pointing at you. >D Actually, if I recall my scene right, she's pointing at her friend Mikuru, who's dressed up as a 'Combat time traveler waitress' who uses a special attack called 'Mikuru Beam!' that comes out of her eye. (It's for the movie the characters make XDD) In fact Tsuruya (the girl laughing) is in the movie too, playing a girl zombified by the movie's villian. XDDD
