Yeah... I heard that there was a FMA Chinese PC game with really pretty artwork... But, I've barely seen any pics of this game...

Those black people are actually the creators of the game (if I remember correctly, there are 6 of them) They carry hints for the game and stuff.

I also heard that there are 5 endings to this game... one being... ok, something happens to Ed (which I won'y say but u probably guessed it), then Al and Roy both die. o.o;

I don't play much games so I really don't know what to compare it with... it's like, you go thru a series of plot and choose different responses as you go through the game (I heard that there are 5 endings for this game) and I think you use alchemic card to battle (so, similar to the gameboy FMA games for that part I suppose... I am still waiting for the game ^^; )

it is not shounen-ai but semi-shounen-ai--and Al is feminized in that game.

I heard from someone that the story is based on the manga where it was a few months ago, so it's kinda au. I might be wrong, but I think one of the endings involves Ed being killed, then resurected as the homunculus Pride. X_x Just stray rumors. I haven't heard much else about it. Not really a game I'd play, but the art is pwettyful. ...Okay, maybe I would play it if it were possible. ^^;;;

thats soo unfair that people spend all that time to make a game that is actually really kewl and then due to copyright they cant finish and such

because doujinshi are legal in Japan. (Japan laws do allow people to use copyrighted characters to make doujinshi and such artworks to make profit... but really, you can't make a living with doujinshi =\ so it doesn't really matter)

fanarts/fanfics are not illegal because you can't make a big profit off it and you are usually not gonna make like 1000 copies and distrubute them for profit, right? however for that game, since they were distrubuting it in some number to make profits (altho I don't think they really earn THAT much from it) in that sense, it's illegal in China.

Come to think of it, we have never seen Pride from the manga have we... He scolds Envy in once scene though you cannot see him but thats about it. Aww why does everybody have the idea of making Edo a Homunculus(me being one of those people)? On deviantart, I've seen artwork of a Homunculus Edo also named Pride(based off this fan made game?) and the artist has a fic about him.

I'm not into yaoi or shonen-ai so this game isn't something for me. But the art IS very pretty. Just curious though, I thought that in China it was once illegal to be homosexual, yet tons of Chinese FMA fans love the EdxRoy pairing and that being homosexual is also looked down upon in Japanese society(a while back I heard that no Japanese baseball team would sign this one really good player on their team because when he was young, acted in a gay porno and admitted to it so he ended up playing for some American team) but then why is there are yaoi/shonen-ai doujins everywhere?

It's just like telling a kid that you have to go to bed by 9pm and the kid still insist to stay up until midnight xD

I dont know why but i went to the Ocean x forums(i managed to make something out of it)and people are still active!!!(around 30 people are active at once)Does this mean it's still being produced?

what's wrong with the forum being active? Online forums are not illegal or anything... For instant... even tho Cardcaptor Sakura (both anime and manga) ended ages ago... people can still have a CCS website and talk about it, right?

well, and you can't say that the production is exactly stopped... the original group stopped distributing it doesn't mean that there won't be productions of pivate copies by other people.

So here I was wasting time on the internet when I could of been doing more constructive things and I came across this.

Basically a bunch of Chinese students made a fan game of FMA. According to the article it was fanfiction + a bit of RPG + card game. There are some screen shots of the game; nice artwork.
