Excellent job on the translations. I didn't see any errors, but then again, it's a late night and my eyes aren't really all that focused. Thank you very much for this wonderful piece of news!

^_^ I bought the magazine and read it while having lunch in a same restaraunt. Imagine the shock of the waitress when I squealed upong seeing the 'dragon'... ^__________^

There's a 2-page interview of Paku Romi and Kugimiya Rie on the back, plus some info about the Universal Studios Japan attraction. I didn't want to translate the interview because there isn't much on the movie (just the seiyuus thoughts on Hagaren Housoukyoku).

Oh, and there's a special DVD which includes the official movie trailer (up on the official homepage, just, large) ^_^

As for the rest of the magazine... errrr I don't know yet. I was too excited in translating the article I haven't looked through the the book yet. ^_^; *Goes to flip through*

They talk about Ed hearing rumors of a 'snake' and the Key to Shambala being a Dragon.

Is it possible all this is refering the the Ouroboros, The alchemical symbol withh represents the everlasting circle, or eternity?

And who do we know that's related to the Ouroboros? The Homunculi!

And who we they speculating about? Envy!

So, could Ed maybe hear rumors about Envy still being alive and decides to chase him down to get some info out of him? Or could envy be the key to Shambala?

Yeah, it seems like there's going to be some Nazi content in there, but I don't think they're going to risk adding in too much, after all they don't want to touch on sensitive issues, and its been said before that Ed doesn't want to get politically involved withour world~ (though I think if he knew if the Holocaust, he'd go ballistic...)

Now, that I got that out of my system, I have a couple of questions. For one, is Envy stuck in his "Puff the Magic Dragon" form because he can't use alchemy in our world or something? I mean, Envy's the type of person who likes to strut his stuff, so it doesn't make sense that he remained a dragon for 2 years... O_O;;; Oh, and if Gracia is there, then Hughes SHOULD be there, ne? Geez, I hope they don't make Hughes a Nazi... Or worse. THEY COULD MAKE ROY A NAZI!!! O____O;;; Aw crap, I think I would cry if that happened...

GAH! So many questions!!! Just release the movie already!!! @_@

Hmmm okay, I'll just pick out the main points then~

Yes, the FMA attraction is the first EVER based off a local anime. To the USJ people it was a calculated risk. Oh, and it's not a park 'ride'... ^^; The article basically hints that the building housing everything FMA-related will be the army's Central building. In there will be exhibitions telling the basic storyline of FMA, and you'll be able to take pictures will life-size models of Ed and Al (for a fee of 472 yen). The main attraction is, however, an original 10-minute animation of a large-scale fight between the National Alchemists and Homoculi. It's a break from the original story that doesn't mess with your head too much, from what I read. Lust's seiyuu, Satou Yuuko commented she was a little sad that her character kept getting beaten lol). The attraction will only be opened from March 19th to May 8th. I seriously want to go and give a report on it, but USJ is in Osaka... -_- I live in Tokyo. Unless someone wants to sponsor me a bullet train ticket there, I ain't going. ^^;

The movie is coming out in summer~ I'm not a fansubber, nor do I know any... oo;;;;;; But I can give a summary of the movie after I catch it (hopefully on the opening day!)~

While I'm thinking about it...that bit in the right about becoming 'Edward Elric', who is saying that? It also says 'towards your brother' so it couldn't be Al surely? If it says somewhere I'm sorry but I'm dim.

I knew Envy would return somehow. Pure genius how they weaved in the dragon with what he turned into at the end. I had always wondered about that. I'm certianly looking forward to more information about Mustang in the next issue! Also, I'm still curious if we're going to get to see how Al & the gang are getting along in the FMA world. So far it seems the movie will just focus on Ed in 'our world' but one can hope for switches periodicly between the worlds.

Good question, Chiyo. It doesn't look like it says who it was. It sounds like someone from his old home. Maybe Mustang or, perhaps, Winry?

ROY BETTER BE IN THE MOVIE!!! I'm sooooo HAPPY!!! I want the movie NOW! CAN'T WAIT, Can't wait, can't wait... I knew Envy had to be alive, it all makes sense now, turning into a dragon and stuff. But then again, bare in mind that Animage (Newtype and Animedia too) is a magazine by fans, so that buncha lines might have been completely made up to sound like it was said by Roy~

*taps fingertips together* e~to...syciasama... is this attraction going to be a seasonal thing, or is it going to be around all year? reason i ask is...i'm planning a trip to japan in may, and then another in july. you might be able to twist my arm into that sponsorship during one of those excursions.... last time i was there, shinkansen tickets between tokyo and kyoto ran about $100, i can't imagine osaka is that much more expensive. let's talk about it?
