About the CLAMP and XXXholic threads....They should not have been merged. That would be as logical as combining inuyasha, ranma and maison ikkoku threads into one place simply because they were authored by the same manga-ka. Since we're not doing the same/similar thing with anime, we should not do this for manga.

The merging needs to stop.

Heh heh, I wouldn't even call that thing a freaking being. I find it damn hilarious that some pathetic thirteen year old has been leaving obnoxious comments on my profile wall every single day now. I have to laugh at some of them, because they are fukin' hilarious. It just pisses me off because whenever I delete them, the "thing" magically writes a new one. I think she is continuing this one bunch of people's profiles.

@Edamame - About the n00b Court, you can take it yourself by posting on the n00b Court thread. But, for this case, if you get more of rude comments by this member on your profile, please don't delete it but let us see it, (or you can take a screen shot of it and post it here,) and we'll take appropriate actions on this member for spamming your profile with nasty comments.

I am sure that this has probably already been taken care of, but I just wanted to say that I have just got a spam private message on May 13th from a "member" (probably a spam-bot) called Zurakitl who sends a message to you entitled: New Forum Rules with a link of the same name. I did not open the message nor click on link, but I just wanted to let people know, in case somebody does happen to click on the link, and the link turns out to be a virus. Thanks for the help!

Yeah, it was a spambot. If you check tech support it's been dealt with now. Sadly is seems several members were less cautious than you and clicked the link. Bless 'em.

@Edamame - Thanks!! ^^ Yes, as Popo said above, it was the work of a spambot. We killed the bot and since then I guess the board has added extra measures also. I made more announcements on the night we had this bot attack, but you can read the gist of it on Spambot PM with disguised advertisement link thread that's in Board Tech Support & Feedback forum.
Anyway, thank you for the report, and sorry for the spam PM. Please delete it.

If you received a PM message from Zurakitl titled “New forum rules!” and containing a link for a "New Rule," that is a spam PM. The board did NOT send such PM regarding the "new forum rule." The link in the PM leads to an advertisement of some Viagra vendor.

This bot has been killed, and since then the board has added extra measures against this kind of Spam attack.
