Good story. I wanted to see some fighting man, but I guess a good story doesn't need violence to be good, but I wanted Ed to kill the uncle, or Armstrong, or somebody to kill. Whenever I think of Ed on that other place I think of him looking at an island while the British national anthem plays.

I really wanted to see a duel between Full Metal and the Flame Alchemists, but like i said before the fic was great if you have time definetly write a sequel have it like Ed returns and kicks ass. And teams up with his son and beats the hell out of some evil super alchemists who are using the philosophers stone to destroy the earth and the only hope is the legnedary Full Metal. On a lighter note the fic was awesome my only complaint was that the ending seemed rushed if this is true then you should have put as much into the ending as you did with every other chapter. Also your ending left many of your fans (lol) puzzled. I believe you have a lot of talent and a sequel with my idea or no would be great with your talent you should be able to pull of the best sequel ever. Later -Colonel Roy Mustang

Still does even as I read it over again. But you have GOT to atleast write another story. There's no doubt about that.

... Uncomparable perfection. I cried... its been a LOOOOOONNNNNGGGG time since I last cried in a fanfic! It doesn't happen very often. I completely got sucked into this one! Everythinga bout it was perfect. The ending was a bittersweet sadness. I was completely engrossed in the story that there was a guy calling me and I didn't here him until he had to push the close button on my screen to get my attention! Don't believe me...? Its completely true. Some people may not understand but fanfics are like stories in books and novels... and yesh, they are even better when the fanfics are printed. I have a collection of printed fanfics of my own... and it looks like this one is the next one.

Thank you for posting this for me to have stumbled upon such an honor. Everything about this stroy reflex humanity, pose, and sophistication in both plot and character development that it could easily be sent in to one of the doujinshi circles to be drawn. I would completely support it.

Wow. I have just spent the last couple of days reading this story and I have to say that I love it. First off I just love your writing style. It is very addicting, and for not having seen a whole lot of the series you actually characterize the characters very well. And I absolutely love how you portray Mustang. XD

And honestly, I liked Felix. Sort of from the beginning. I mean at first I didn't hate him, certainly I didn't want him to die like everyone else. But then after chapter eight or which ever one where you gave him some background and insight I was like "You know, he's really cool. I feel sorry for him." And I was kind of disappointed when he died, although I can see why it had to happen. There might not be room for Ed and Winry otherwise.

I have to say though, my favorite character besides Mustang was Felix's Uncle. From the first moment he arrived I loved him. Especially when he randomly showed up at the Rockbell residence in chapter 10 I think. The smooth way he pulled that off was just wonderful. XD

All in all this was a very well done story. I think it could use a good deal of revising for typos and grammatical errors, as well as a few missed words but I've made plenty of the same mistakes.

Anyway, just had to post my thoughts on this story. There were so many times after reading chapters that I wished to post comments, but I thought I'd wait until I finished the whole thing. I'm off to read the sequal now. ^^
