Riza...
[spoiler]...is getting revenge!!
First, Riza accuses Roy of the way he left on the balloon and left Riza behind in the "Shambara" movie, (You go, Riza!!) and Roy frantically makes excuses, like "Eh, Ummm, the director made me do that!!"
And then Riza makes evil face, as if she came up with some evil plan to get back at Roy.
And later at the party, Riza takes up the mic, and tells everyone that she is so happy that Riza got away from Roy in the Shambara movie.
She tells that She had been distraught by how the anime series ended, as if suggesting Roy and Riza were becoming "together," but the movie dispelled that possibility, says Riza!! (Beaware of woman scorned!! XDDD)
She declears at the party that she's happy to go her own way, ALONE!!
And upon hearing that, Roy crumbles to pieces!!

Actually, here is a bit of what happens in "State Alchemist vs 7 Homuncli" OVA...
[spoiler]Right at the end of Roy's mission briefing speech and when everyone head out to fight homuncli, we learn that there is an unseen State Alchemist traninee tagging along for the mission. Roy talks to this unseen State Alchemist trainee (this looks as if Roy is talking to you from screen) to come along for the mission, then gives a ring with a transmutation circle on it, saying during the mission there may not be enough time to draw the transmutation circle, so the ring might help.
And, toward the end of the story, the trainee is urged to use the ring, like, voices tell "Go ahead, use it!!" like that. Then, supposedly, the trainee uses the ring and do alchemy, and that's when the ring gets activated, and everything goes green and a huge explosion takes place. [/spoiler] I know it's little confusing without subs right now.

Right now, three anime peices from the OVA are available on YouTube (no subb,) so we can take a peek and see how they look like. (Go to YouTube, and search Fullmetal Alchemist OVA.)
Even without subb you may enjoy looking at the Chibi one!! Those expressions are priceless!!
And, I bet some fans are being very busy subbing them right now!!
They are very short stories, so subbing shouldn't be that hard.

It's the love for your own pleasure, (just like Barry the chopper slices up the victims because he LOVES the sansation of the knife slicing into the human flesh,) and I fail to see any genuine happiness nor caring for the person in posting that cartoon for her birthday.
One of my relatives is dying of an illness, a very sweet and kind person who's birthday is happen to be approaching, and to her and the ones who love her, every one more of her birthday we can celebrate is a gift to us. OT: and i wish Hughes could have been involved in the Homunculus fight (or any major fight in general, since we only saw him in minor, short fight scenes) -- yes, yes, i know he couldn't possibly be alive, especially if Roy knew about Homunculus, and he's not a State Alchemist etc. etc.... i'm not dumb, i know it can't actually happen....
but i just always wanted to see a Roy and Hughes fighting side-by-side battle...
they were in the war together and manga-wise we see them on the battlefield - but imagine Hughes throwing his knifes and Roy's flame right behind them for an awesome attack.... i think it'd be cool

I watched all the OVAs on YouTube. I especially like the "kid" one since there wasn't a whole lot of talking invovled, even I understood it a bit. (young Roy playing cards!) But like everyone else, I'm waiting for the subs too.^^ But is it only me or did Roy's voice changed a little teeny bit? (even a little bit of Riza's) Or maybe it's cuz I haven't watched FMA for a while..

I just watched the OAV. In my opinion, the Military vs Homunculus was really boring. My favorite is the one when
[spoiler]Ed, Al, and Winry are little kids and are living in Japan. Roy looks so cute! Why didn't they include Riza? I thought this one was a very touching story. For some unknown reason, I almost started crying when they all yelled "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" to Ed. I can't believe Ed is 100 years old! The story takes place in the real world right and not the alchemy world right? When I saw little Roy, the first thing I though was who his parents were. Hmmmmmm Let's just hope it's Roy and Riza!!![/spoiler]

[spoiler]It would be parallel Roy's and Riza's daughters, since's its in our world. I thought that it was lucky that there was no Riza. Because if Roy and Riza married, had a lil Roy and Riza, they'd be siblings and won't be able to fall in love. Maybe... Riza appears later in Roy's life and history repeats itself (oh fun).[/spoiler]
