YAY! Finally finished downloading Mustang Song file!
hmm... let's see... Toru Ohkawa's singing voice really surprised me at first. I can't believe how deep (and how old) his voice sound like. I'm not really surprised w/ Michiko Neya since I've already heard her sing as Barnette Orangelo of Vandread. But, I gotta admit... the man CAN sing.
at first i thought "Ame no hi wa No Thank You" was an ugly corny song... then i listened to it again... and again... and again... now i'm hooked, dammit! Hehe, both this song and "Shonen yo Shinjiru Nakama yo" sounded like they were from an old american 70's musical movie and I can't help but imagine them singing and dancing, haha.

Yeah, the first time I heard the songs, I thought I wasn't going to like it too much. After listening to it a couple of times though, I can't stop listening to it!
Before I downloaded the song file, a few people at the chinese forum said his voice sounded horrible...HOW IS IT HORRIBLE??? HE CAN SING! I must admit, I wasn't expecting his voice to sound too good, but how wrong was I.

That's so very true . . . I just listened to the songs with earphones to get a more detailed sound. What the man can do with his voice is amazing. He handles the semitones in the duet so nicely. Vocal Jazz isn't at all easy. He sings with the right emotion, excellent intonation during pitch changes and wavers, and his voice control is so admirable. I think I'm in love with his voice.
I've listened to it about 100 times now...(been playing it non-stop...) and it actualy sounds pretty darn good.... at least he sings better than me....

heh heh, i'm actually working on a little new year's story that came to me at about 6 this morning... i woke up suddenly and was like

EDIT: queen...forgive me if this sounds terribly ignorant....but if i were to make it a *chinese* new year fic instead of a regular new year fic...er...what should be different? ~_~ i mean, i know chinese new year is usually in feb or the very end of january and not january 1st, but how is it celebrated differently? *feels dumb*

but china doesn't exist in the hagaren world 
unless it was Xing New Year or something but the date for chinese new year changes every year and besides the parades and red envelopes of money, it's mostly just a lot of family dinners. it's not romantic, really. at least not the way we celebrate it in the states...it must be a lot more elaborate back in china and taiwan, considering it's a huge holiday there and kids get the week off >___> so i'm not sure how that would work. although some of the fandom thinks that roy is from Xing

Well, we kind of go visit everyone who happens to be married, but doesn't have kids, because if you're married, you have to give out the red envolopes, but if you're not, you get the money....... (we're so cheap aren't we?? XDD) oh year, we have these cool markets afterwards and we have alot of fireworks...
