that's a very cute pic, Noriko ^^

Roy's eyes look ok to me. I used to try so hard to copy their looks exactly like they do in the anime/manga but then I realized that it would be better to just adapt them into your own drawing style. Although it doesn't work 100% of the time, this sometimes improves or innovates their look... well, sometimes.

btw... is it just me or does Riza look a little, uhm, chubby

oh... in that case, count me in (readies her guns)... hehe, just in case...

I usually use adobe photoshop 7.0 or adobe photoshop elements when I render/color my fanart. it's pretty easy once you get used to it.

I haven't tried corel draw 10 as of yet since I'm already used to Photoshop, but it's a good alternative, nonetheless.

i have another one, but it's not a doujin anymore, just fanart. anyway, speaking of doujinshis, I've found some 'interesting' stuff... scans from an FMA parody manga called, 'gunbun'. I'll link to them instead because it'll clog the board:
