One flaw with these polls is that it only takes a poll of those who are active enough to bother voting. There are discussions elsewhere about older members, but not all stick around very long or just aren't around at this point in time to vote yet.

I may be old, but I will say that I don't fit in well with my age group. I am either too responsible or mature for them, or too silly and young for them. My personality doesn't seem to fit my biological age very well at all - especially when I'm online

Well I think we'll see a big change in the near future. The ages will go up soon as more will realize that Anime isn't cartoon oriented. Hell I've gotten atleast 10 people addicted to anime within the last year.

FMA is aimed at ~15 year olds. Which doesn't mean that older people can't watch it, too, but I don't think there will be any big changes in polls like this. Well, that's what I think. *shrug*

Also, what exactly do you mean with "Anime isn't cartoon oriented"? Uh, maybe you didn't notice it, but Anime _are_ cartoons. (Although most of them are different from the average American saturday-morning cartoon, if that's what you meant.)

I turned 12 on January 12, 2005. I'm sorta glad that I found out about the internet when I was 10 because I learned so much. ^.^ And my art skills have improved because of FMA and the online tutorials :3

Sigh, this makes me feel good. At least I know that I am not the only 19 year old and that there are people actually older than I am. Wow, I am also surpised that there are a lot of thirteen years olds. For some reason, the people on this online community just seem so much more mature. I am an assitant web-mod for a LOTR site, and it is so nice to actually see younger forum members not spamming. (Well, I am only been hear for two days...I hope it doesn't change)

Just wait for the next wave of n00bs. Things get interesting then. But then, the ones who last at least a week make it out pretty well-conditioned.

Our mods and other helpful spam-Nazis members are rather adament in keeping the forums in ship-shape.
