Think Korean vodka. It is usually made from grain, sweet potatoes and rice. The bottle I'm looking at right now was also distilled from tapioca and barley. It goes down smooth so can be dangerous for the less experienced. It's also a good mixer much like vodka. I bought a bottle to share between four people the night before Wondercon and we couldn't finish it. It was a 375 milliliter bottle, a little larger than a beer bottle.

I hate the smell/taste of any kind of beer...
The strong smell of liquor unnerves me...
Wine is nice in extremely small amounts though...

Three years ago while in Kentucky we were able to get some moonshine. Came in a mason jar and everything.

Ehh...I used to get faded but i didnt like the hang~overs so i quit. I've also tried other drugs but I'll save those for another thread.

Champagne sound good right about now! That's about it for me though. I left my tolerence for alcohol at college. Man those were the good ole days!

I've tried most alcohol and most of it is horrid (still I drink it ). I love cherry vodka mixes but there isn't that much volume in them. Allergic to Bacardi. wine isn't that fantastic, vodka shots are really only possible if you can cope with the burning sensation, Archers is nice with lemonade...

Had absinthe once, and will try to avoid doing so ever again. Being drunk when you wake up in the morning is not as fun as it sounds.

Anyone know what sake is like? Or plum wine? I've only had red wine. Tasted real funky. Like it had wood in it...

I wish I knew what sake tasted like...it's strong and spicy I hear though, so I probably wouldn't like it.

I had heard somewhere during part of the process of making the wine they put things in the bottle like hickory, mushrooms and other things to add flavor.

The stuff I had wasn't so much wood. Like a woody taste, plus the bitterness. >_< I still can't get over it.

Celestial, try cooking them in some way. They might taste that much better. (i personally wouldn't do it myself though)

Well I don't plan on eating them anytime soon ya know We just all do stupid things when we're kids...

And adults do stupid things too. But doing stupid things are fun. Even more when your drunk!

I'm not old enough to drink yet but if I could it would be hard to choose because there are a lot of nice and interesting people on the forum.

nice and interesting? That's too vague to actually judge people from. Heck, I use "nice and interesting" in describing people I don't even know.

Going back to alcohol, I've never really had a chance with any of it. I just remember my father feeding me beer when I was younger and......a boring summer in the country where hicks and beer mixed was pretty fun. Not really used to it and would rather resort to other means of intoxication.

Whenever i drink it the next day my skin just gets all red and "salow" (sorry if is not right, don't know how to writte that word), so i know that i'm allergic coz of that.

Sorry, uh, I'm ten years too young. I'll take apple juice. Maybe when I'm older. Possibly. In ten years.... I don't really know anyone who I'd wanna get drunk w/ even if I was old enough. Probably someone I know in real life. Ok, anyways, I'll just watch everyone else get drunk, and babble random weird things, like, flaglibbit ~Sits down in corner w/ DS, waiting for people to get drunk~

hmm if I could choose one person to get drunk with here...I'd prob have to choose no one because the closest thing I've gotten to getting drunk was apple cider during um whatchamacallit oh yea New Years Eve and I could barely walk I swear only like point something alchohol in my blood even though I had like 10 glasses of it because it was yummy the apple cider part not the alchohol anyways...I'm 14 and proud of it
