The battle Roy vs Pride wins extremely by far, but Ed vs Greed was good too.

It's a tie between Roy vs. Ed and Roy vs. Pride for me.
Roy vs. Ed, because it's just classic. XD Especially when Ed ducks into the audience, Roy says, "This is hard...he's such a small target!" and then Ed goes, "WHO ARE YOU CALLING SMALL?!" and BOOM, with a snap of Roy's fingers everything goes flying. XDDDDDD
He was so calm during the entire fight, while Ed was all out, determined to give Roy a mouthful of automail...even though it was only for assessment purposes (and for Ed to beat info out of Roy), it was awesome. And hilarious. Ever since this episode, I've always been a fan of the rivalry between Ed and Roy...because I've already been a fan of both of them since the series began.
As for Roy vs. Pride...it was breathtaking. [spoiler]In that battle, you see him doing much, much more than just snapping his fingers. It was sad that Selim had to die so Roy would win, but the battle really kept me at the edge of my seat. Plus, it was so, so sad when Riza thought he was dead and started to cry... T_T Roy nearly died, and he even lost his left eye, which is rather ironic, as...well, Pride's ultimate eye was his left one.[/spoiler]
Little Ed and Al vs. the guy on the island [spoiler](Mason, yes)[/spoiler] was also fun. XDDDDD And they were so cute...most of the time they were just running and hiding...
Then there's also 12-year-old Ed vs. Barry the Chopper...man, how would you feel if you had to use your combat skills for the first time to really stay alive, instead of just for mock battles? o_o Poor Ed...

Izumi vs State Alchemists (Izumi looking for Wrath)
All the fights are cool, but these stand-out above the rest in my mind.

1) Ed vs. Greed - There isn't even a contest there. It was so intense and fast moving, and then once Greed was stabbed, I felt so sorry for him.
2) Scar vs. Kimbly - He blew off his own f*$%ing arm; that takes balls!
3) Mustang vs. Pride - Drawing a circle with his own blood; that was cool.
