In my opinion, YeLLOW Generation - Behind the gate at this time

hmm, i don't really like either that much. my order of preference:

but i think between the two, i like ready steady go a teeeny bit more.

I don't like any of the closings that much except Kitade Nana's Kesenai Tsumi. I like all the openings, especially Rewrite, that awesome song that nobody can hate

Kodoku is the best...the one played by a piano- one of the main tunes with no singer.

I really don't like either of them that much.

I think I prefer Ready Steady Go more than Tobira no Mukou e. Tobira no Mukou e doesn't seem to catch me very much and isn't the favorite of the majority of people.

The only song that really caught me was Kesenai Tsumi, but the others I had to get used to be and my current favorite is I Will by Sowelu...

Though I did like Motherland for quite so time...

i didn't like melissa or motherland that much before, but all of a sudden i really like both songs. i always try to sing motherland in the car, but it requires a large voice range i don't have. not that that stops me.

Difficult, I like both songs alot...well actually I like all the songs. I went for Ready Steady Go...because I can at least sing along to parts of that

Melissa also didn't catch me at first but that beside the beach beat kinda...got me addicted. I dunno but porno Graffiti always has these songs that reminds me of these beachside parties with these songs. Motherland was catch especially for the vocal and at first it sounded like an American singer going Japanese. XD

Does anyone know a website where I can listen to them?
And I'm not sure but I like Ready Steady Go.Please help.See how lost I am.

ah, but wouldn't the correct translation of 'tobira no mukou he' be beyond the door...? not behind the gate... O_o

in any case, of the two, i think i like ready steady better. but my all-time fave hagaren song has to be kesenai. ^___^ that song rocks. XD

yup. i see "beyond the gate" quite often as well; maybe people think it fits better with fma, and they're mixing it up with the great and powerful mon. and even though the mon has a tobira...oh well.

ah, i suppose that taken in that light it makes more sense... i had seen it before and i was like wtf? that's not what it means at all! O_o

i get it now. i was thinking too hard, i guess. ;; i do that.

I chose Tobira no Mukou e... its lyrics suits the Elric brothers much more than Ready Steady Go (in fact, Ready Steady go is my least fav FMA theme song and Tobira no Mukou e is my first fav... go figure XP)

For me, I think READY STEADY GO of L`Arc~en~Ciel is better..

Beyond the Gate-it's my favorite so yeah, I like it better...

Anywhere! It's so easy! YouTube, or Google video, or any download sites. That's where I found mine! Yay!! Well, some anyways. Some of them some dude got for me. I love Motherland. There's just something gentle and loving about it that I can't portray when I try to sing it.

And I think "Beyond the Door" sounds better than "Behind the Gate". And the literal translation is "door", too, I think.

"Behind the Gate" for the win. READY STEADY GO! is just plain overrated.

Tobira no mukou e is my favourite FMA song. I don't like Ready Steady go very much, it's too 'heavy' for my taste. And the lyrics from Tobira no mukou e are better.

i think... i'll have to go with tobira no mukou he. ready steady go isn't bad, but the beginning when it was like "readysteadygimmegoodluuaack" and the part that goes "pleeeease trust!! me!!" totally killed it lol. otherwise, it's a lovely song

Tobira no Mukou e is teh cool. It kinda kicks Ready Steady Go. L'arc~en~ciel's cool...but..not that cool. It's ready how he says "ReadySteadyNeverLookBAaaaaaaak" and all that. Japanese trying to speak English in their songs is funny. =D

I vote Tobira no Mukou e, because it's my most favorite ending theme, and Ready Steady Go is only my second favorite among the openings (Rewrite IS THE BEST. XD).

But to be perfectly honest, both songs are great in their own ways, and it depends on the taste of the listener.

Why isn't rewrite added in the list?,it's the best song in FMA...

Both are really great. It's kind of hard to choose, but I voted for Tobira no Mukou E. I love it, with or without vocals.

I voted for ready steady go because it has great tune.

But, I think that yellow generation has a much better message.
