-Everybody would be as ditzy as I am (everyone needs a little ditzy-ness in their lives)
-(For ailuro) ALL would be forced to learn about Pigingo and the dominion of the Paperspeck. (Any questions, PM me... :: smiles widely:: )
-Everybody would be literate and anti-idiot.
-Corn and fudge and ribs would be served for every meal.
-Everyone would be forced to love mangas and anime.
-"I've got a Lovely Bunch of Coconuts" would be my theme song.
-Anime expressions would be a reality (gotta love those faces, ne?)
-Minature Golf would be the most looked-up-to sport in exsistence.

Hmmm... What would I do first? Choises, choises, so many choises! *chukles evilly to myself* Well first I think I would have a HUGE gothic castle/mansion in the centre of a HUGE dark forest. And it would always be snowy and wintery, and night time. This would be where I rule the world from.
Then I would enforce these new rules:-
1. You don't have to pay tax if you are totally independant from the government (ie. you don't use any mains electricity or water, don't use any surfaced roads, ect.)
2. People can post ideas and improvements to me about how to rule (I don't have to respond in any way; this is after all my world).
3. Capital punishment will be re-introduced, and enforced where, when, and how I see fit. (stuff like hanging, the stocks, and public flogging will be used; none of this darft electric chair buisnes! Also, I would use my imagination for special cases.)
Now for the evil stuff!
4. Towns and cities will have ravaging hordes of demons sent if they piss me off in any way.
5. I will have extra brainy people sent to work in labs that are dedicated to making immortality and invunrability sirums for ME!
6. Once every so often I will go out (in disguise of course) and look for luurrvly young men. Ideally pre-fallen vampire Raziel, and Chris Uzborne. *starts gazing into thin air, drooling, and saying dreamily,"Chisled features and dark hair, mmmmm..."* Any way, once I found them I would take them back to my castle, and make sure they could never esape! Once I have them, they could be my 'entertainment.' (I'm sure you know what I mean. )

Oh, and one last thing; MWHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

Shouldn't it be more logical to make everyone learn the language that you are most fluent in? It keeps your authority in check, and you don't have to go learn Japanese yourself or bother to try to understand other people when your Japanese isn't all that good yet. If everyone has to learn Japanese first, then the Japanese will overthrow you in no time.

I would spread angst to all the nethermost regions of the planet and watch as it affected all and brought them to the paradise (of sorts) known as angsting.
