That red bar is always there and in every thread.

If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser then you will not be able to make new threads or use "Add reply". There is a thread that explains better here.

Most members download Fire Fox or Opera, and use that for these forums.
If you do not/can not download either of those, I will gladly make a new thread for you. If you tell me what to name it, and where to post it.
Although I suggest that you make more posts, and get to know these forums better, (you should have at least 500 posts) before making a new thread.

Also this is the wrong thread to ask questions like that.
Ask them here.

@Armydog - Welcome to the board!! Our friend sweety_pie did wonderful job explaining it to you, and yeah, many people who are using Internet Explorer is having the same problem.

But, you can still post using FASTREPLY. For details, as sweety_pie has posted, please go to Can't use ADDREPLY? thread, and I explained the solution there also. If you have further questions on this problem, please post on that thread, and we'll try to help.

If you have general questions on posting on our board, please post on Site Question thread.

Just wondering... What is your policy on links to other sites? (Or do I need to read all 11 pages of this thread to find out? )

As far as I understand, you can not post links to other boards, forums, or similar sites (except, in the announcement and news from the board Admins and such.) And, you can not post links to downloading sites for licensed anime, music, etc, such as ".99 for any anime episode!" and such (personal file hosting links such as Mega Upload, etc are ok.) But, it is ok to include links to your own site, etc, within your sig space.... I think that covers the basics. ^^
For further/more specific questions, please post your questions on Site Question thread, as this thread here is not mean to be a Q & A thread.
