main reasons why i put the forum guide there was
1. i myself had a trouble finding it
2. im lazy.
3. this way when i post in the newcommers thread they see it right away *pokes siggy*

Excellent. I have a great dislike of people who cannot spell right.... Also those who subsitute numbers in place of letters. That irks me greatly. Considering the last Forum I was in, I knew some of the basics already. I also have a question, though it appears no one is ever on when I am.
Is there a roleplaying topic/thread/whatchamacallit? I love to roleplay. It builds good personalities for my characters, and then I can insert them in my book where I will. If not, oh well. I'll live.

I don't know about the sizes of the font and all that yet, so if it ends up extremely large or small at times, ignore the flaws.

1) Most people have a 3 digit IQ.
2) Only Mods can be in the Grammar police
3) They aren't going to make some new person a Mod based on 7 posts.

Why would you want to be in GP anyway? They have no handcuffs, no skimpy uniform and only clear up crap posted by idiots like me.

As you can see, it takes a while to get to the status of being one of the members of the Grammar Police Squad (e.g. more than 10+ posts). Like popo stated before me, only moderators can really be part of it (and not all moderators are, it seems), because we have the power to edit posts and most of the moderators seem to have a better knowledge of English grammar than most on the forum.

Yeah, some people don't realize how much work it is to be a moderator sometimes. It's not just about the power and authority.


Speaking of which, I wonder how most people who do have respectability here got it in the first place. Not that I'm questioning the non-existent "hierarchy" of sorts, but I am curious as to how that came about, and what people use as a basis for respect.

We may be the GP, but we don't really actively go around and correct every single post to fix the grammar, per se. We are far too lazy busy for that.
