I simply love all songs from the "Full Metal Alchemist" OST.
One song the I think is superb is "Koukai" from the series. It is play e.g. when Dr Marco is telling Ed about the truth, and what really happend in Ishbal. Is is a bit melacholic and you can also hear it in some of the flashbacks. My personal thought about this song is, a little like, being Roy Mustangs theme becuase it refelcts his personallity.
And by the the way: Asian Kung-Fu Generation is awesome too.
