IMO, Neon Genesis Evangelion is one of those anime with titles that sound better than contents of anime... 
Hate to contradict you on that but I think EVA is one of the best animes out there. If you want to get the whole strory you really have to pay very close attention to all that is said. You can't just watch it and be lazy like you do with FMA or Cowboy Beebop, etc.

I see, well the anime only went up to volume 11 of the manga, and the anime didn't really go into detail about it, but if you don't plan on reading the manga
[spoiler]Caska is rescued by this guy named SkullKinght, who was not introduced in the anime, but he has a big part in the manga. He's pretty cool looking too.[/spoiler]
WTF... I just watched a fake episode 60 of Bleach by DB that was actually episode 59 but the subs were all in slang. It is friggin hilarious! At the end, with Hitsu and Matsumoto, there's a part where they changed Hitsu's dialogue to "Get yer ass home and make me some pie." *wipes away tear* You can get it off DB's website.
They do that when they know an episode of Naruto or Bleach is not going to air that week. They're always funny. You should have seen the PoT one that was supposed to be a Naruto episode. Brilliant.
I need to check DB's website more often, I laughed my head off when they changed the opening theme by desecrating it.

I've been watching some Gankutsuou, but I'm not sure if I like it enough to finish watching the series. That visual effect is pretty interesting, but there's no subtlety to the characters at all. They walk around announcing their feelings like they're talking to themselves, and it's kind of annoying. I'm getting bored with it. Anyone seen the whole thing?
