Today is Miyazaki's birthday, and they are showing his anime tonight.

^^ Yeah, me too!! I stayed up late to watch through "Spirited away," and it was well worth staying up late!!
It was non-cut, and commercial free as well!! How sweet!!
BTW, next Thursday night on Turner Classic Channel (around 7 - 9 pm U.S. Eastern Time, and later on the same night for repeat) they are going to show Miyazaki's another wonderful anime movie, Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind , followed by Castle in the Sky (around 9 - 11:30 pm U.S. Eastern Time, and later on the same night for repeat) both commercial free and non-cut!!
I love Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind!! And, Castle in the Sky is a nice anime, too.
If you're the fans of Miyazaki movies, don't miss this oppotunity!!

It's like Azumanga Daioh... a lot... only with aliens in the background. It's just as entertaining. (But nothing will ever replace AzuDa.)
Himeko's little speak quirks are as addicting as EKE's. I'm resisting the urge of making a fool of my self and randomly saying "Maho!"
