Looks like I'm gonna be in the minority. Riza is a great character don't get me wrong, but I love Winry just that little bit more. I think it's because she reminds me of me. I love putting things together...I've been told I have a temper...and I know two lads called Ed and Al. I kid you not...they're into science and everything. Just, one isn't a suit of armour and one doesn't have gold eyes.

I thought she kicked a crapload of ass at first, but I like Maria Ross much better. Even though she seems obsessed with kids... *blink*

Anyway. I wish she would just LAUGH at the men's jokes or something. I wish she would just SHOW that she, too, is a human being.

I've seen Riza smiling several times (I'll attach the evidence in this post). And she's femenine but not while working. In my opinion she's pretty elegant when wears casual cothes, but it would be stupid to care about the style and the femenine behaviour in the military.

Why do you force me to choose! I had to null-vote just to see who was winning. Not surprising, I love Riza, her look and attitude are pretty fresh for an anime female. Winly I think will give Riza a run for her money when she's older, but even now her personality and looks are great. Probably my two favorite anime females (including Lina Inverse ).

Everyone should vote for Riza, since she rocks. XD

Ah well, I know there is support for Winry out there.

To be honest I think it's unfair to compare those two to each other. They play different roles (apart from looking out for those they care about). I like them both for different reasons. Riza is meant to be strong...Winry is meant to be somewhat weak.

Gah! I had to vote Riza. There's just so much about both of them that I like, but in the end, Riza won out, cause I can see a lot of me in her. I do like Winry for taking care of Ed and Al, and being an automail mech, cause that's just cool.

Personally, I like Riza best because she's tough, powerful, and still manages to be pretty even with her funky hair style, which is growing on me.

I don't mind Winry all that much either because we're both really good with macheinery, and we both in love with Ed... {But I love Roy more.... }
