It's certainly been confirmed that the queendom no longer needs more fighters (we have enough as is). And with the individual strength of each after proper training and education, we could even succeed with only a third of the army.

it is not considered an act of good faith to amass troops while simultaneously asking for peace talks. i would interpret this as a sign of misdirection and preparation for war. i would suggest that you have your men stand down and remove themselves from the border if you wish to have a productive peace talk.

also one could consider a foreign general coming into our walls with no prior annoucement nor permission a hostile act.
