I already posted my name on this thread. But now I finally got off my ass and wrote it out in Hebrew and Greek in my sig as well as put my username in my sig

Fun Fact: In Greek, Joshua is the same as Jesus. So the greek version of my name in my sig is the same name used for Jesus in the New Testament everywhere.

Εμμανουηλ is Immanuel in the LXX (septuigent-Isaiah 7:14), which is different than the Ιησους for Jesus/Joshua

They are the same person - Isaiah is referring to Jesus when he says "he shall be named Immanuel"
It's just that language wise they are different. Both names refer to the same person. It's by context that we know they are the same, not linguistically.
Those bibaly names are hard to figure out.
