Sponge-Bob is actually creepier than most horror movies I've seen. So . . . gross. tongue.gif

Hmm... horror films? I like them actually, but none of them scares me anymore. I must have become too old *cries*. When I was younger I was even freaked out because of a book.
Some films have exiciting parts in them though and can be quite enjoyable
I liked "What Lies Beneath" and "Urban Legends" for example...
I don't understand what was so scary about "The Ring". It was interesting though and I liked it. I'd really like to see the original Japanese one biggrin.gif !
"Jurassic Park?" tongue.gif That's still one of my favourite films. I was soo psyched while watching it (I was 10 at that time). I was scared of the Velociraptors especially. Somehow I started liking T-Rex after that tongue.gif although I was always scared of the carnivores... because they ate people tongue.gif. I really loved that film anyway! biggrin.gif
The film that really made me freak out was "The Nightmare on Elm Street" (I think 2? Well one of them anyway). I was right at the back of the class and didn't even pay much attention, but even so after that I was scared of going to the toilet and didn't want to go home alone. I was sure that Freddy Krueger would come out of somewhere... tongue.gif That was me at age 11. That time I really hated films like that. Now I wish that at least something would scare me at least a little bit

My favorite of all time is Seven. It has Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt in it. It's the story of these two cops who track down a murderur who kills people according to their deadly sin. That's how I first found out about the 7 deadly sins. It's gross, it's shocking, and, of course, it's scary.
water_alchemist
hm...i dont; think any movie that i have seen was scary....im just not freaked out that easily^_^.
Dark Sasuke
The Grudge was pretty good, Imma watch teh white noise and boogeyman this month. The commercial about boogeyman, was coo, same wit the white noise.

Lol that's funny, I didn't really become scared after the ring, rather paranoid. The same thing happened after I saw the Grudge, but not so much as the ring, I want to see white noise, but it will just scare the hell out of me if I let it. One movie that has peaked my interest was Constantine... you should see the trailer with Keanu Reaves, it's quite good but I am just into the fighting demon's thing tongue.gif

The Shining
Man in the Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story

Now, you're probably wondering why the last one would be so scary. This why: Michael Jackson's face. happy.gif
Haste
Lol good one, but I don't think his face scary, just like a lil clown..
water_alchemist
you just gave me a movie to get scared off lol laugh.gif
alchemistgirl zero
If they did a Thriller remake with Michael Jackson as he is now, it would be:
1: rated R ('For graitutious scenes of Michael Jackson's face')
2: only shown on Pay-Per-View
3: would have a parental lock on it automatically
4: many young children would have nightmares

... Agreed. Spongebob is horror. Imagine dreaming about it blink.gif
omg, I hate Spongebob >_<

Braindead ! That was funny, I even liked it.

You should see Meet the Feebles too, if you can stand the goryness. Just call it cult somehow...

WHY is there a remake for Ju-on too... Damn you, Hollywood, may your studios burn and you money be mine! tongue.gif No, I haven't seen it... I'll be scared to death, I already know... maybe less if I see it in the morning biggrin.gif
Omakase Shimasu
Maybe because the Ring was a hit too? >_> Which reminds me, I overheard a couple of guys talking about that movie - the American one and were all praise and positive comments, but then they started bashing the Japanese version. wacko.gif Said it wasn't at all realistic and scary. Psh~

ph34r.gif Oooh yes, it's scary~ Scarier then IT!! Although the second time isn't all that scary anymore... Especially if you break the mood and watch it during the day. tongue.gif;; Mom didn't want to watch it otherwise.
Le Monkey
ANYTHING is scaryer than IT??
Omakase Shimasu
Um, is that really a question or...? biggrin.gif;;
K1ller0fs0uls
A movie that scared the living crap out of me the most is the grudge... just flat out scary... even scarrier then these R rated 'scary' movies that are nothing but gore.
edsgirl
I don't think I've ever seen a movie that scared me to the point that I had to hold on to somebody. They usually make me laugh out loud , which pisses the people who are really scared off. Final Destination 2 made me cry with laughter biggrin.gif

ooh... I have to go and see that. At least i think we planned to go and see it in a few weks. We're hoping for it to scare us. *sighs*. Or at least I am. tongue.gif I miss being scared of horror films.

Kase: lucky you, you saw the original one (Ju-On)!
I also always wanted to see the original Ringu... maybe that would be scarier... and also since it's the original...
MeLRizA

luap121
The Exorcist....even though I haven't seen it. A few months ago someone showed me this flash game that you were supposed to guide the mouse through a little maze without touching the sides. So on the last level, your mouse is about the width of the tunnel, so than, when you do hit the edge, that damn little possed girl pops out of nowhere and starts screaming (of couse, knowing my luck I had the sound turned up really loud). Uhhhhh sad.gif , ever since than I've been convinced she's going to pop out of my computer and steal my soul (or something)
yoko0217
I won't have a sleeping problem even I watch a scary movie....

My cousin did that to me... It's even on his MySpace...

But The Excorcist and The Omen when I was younger...Not nothing really scares me anymore...The horror movies these days are nothing compared to the oldies.
MasterKris
Battle Royale... not a horror movie, but it scares me.... (and my friends keep smacking me on the head whenever I remember it)

It's a Japanese movie. The story is that the government passed this act called Battle Royale Act and they pick a 9th grade class and send them off to this deserted island and the students have to kill each other off in 3 days until the last one is left standing. The winner can go home. If the students don't all die in 3 days, then they all die without a winner. There's no grand deathes here. Just blowing off heads, machine guns, and bloody violence everywhere. The thing is, IT LOOKS SO FAKE. On the other hand, it's still scary...

-The exercism of Emily Rose.
-The Amittyville Horror.
-Jeepers Creepers2.

All did scares me though.
