I find the most fascinating aspect of the series to be Alchemy itself. Unfortunately, I've been unable to find a website that collects all information relating to Alchemy from the manga, anime, video games, and novels. The FMA wiki has large gaps in information, such as no articles on the Philosopher's Catalyst, different types of chimera, golems, or necromancy and ghosts; it seems to be mostly anime/manga-centric, and has barely any citations or quotes.

Is there anywhere else I can find this kind of information?
