@Omakase Shimasu (I don't even remeber myself, I've had it for so long~ @.@) Actually, Yzak and Nicol are two of the ZAFT Gundam Pilots, not exactly main but not minor, either. The main characters are Athrun(or Asuran) and Kira, and they're probably the most loved shounen-ai couple from the series. Ever. I bet their fans beat all the AsuCaga fans (there are a LOT of those). But yeah, I didn't know their names until I was a quarter of the way into the series so it's not that big a deal~. XD;;

Yeah, the fanfictions I've read for that pairing are all like:

I actually haven't watched the Yutaro episodes in a long time (though I recently read that part in the manga) but the outtakes, they're great. Sano's voice actor certainly seems to like sandwiches. I usually don't like Sano/Anybody pairings, though I will read the occasional Saito/Sano or Aoshi/Sano.

Ew, the English dub is so gross, it makes me cry inside. I usually don't mind dubs but this one... ugh. I've never really gotten the chance to hear the original Japanese voices. Though I have heard Kaiba laugh (and it was creepy) My dad would probably approve of me watching it if I was watching it in Dutch. He'd all be like 'You could learn Dutch faster and get in touch with your heritage'... maybe I only know about 4 phrases in Dutch, 'I love you', 'I'm hungry', 'Good night', and 'God damn it'. yeah.. the series is 95 eps.. The start is really great in my opinion, but the latter part isn't based on the manga I've heard and isn't as great. hmm.. Basically Rurouni Kenshin or Samurai X is about a former killer (who has vowed never to kill again) living in the meiji era and dealing with shadows of his past it isn't really always serious : It has hilarious parts to the first OVA is about what happened before the series Reminiscence... I think it was called. that's quite good It's about Kenshin's past and his love for Tomoe.. the second is situated 15 years after and his... well some like it I guess.. but I didn't really fancy it

I actually liked the last OVA. The art and the animation was really nice~. A actually liked all the OVAs, including the movie. And Reflections actually takes place after the end of the manga~. The Jinchuu arc was 'reflected' back on, and was the non animated arc. And it also includes the fact that Sano was journeying away, which was stated in the afterstory 'Yahiko's Sakabatou'.

It used to irk me because I was an evil fangirl obsessed with Sano. XD I'm ashamed to admit it, but I was incredibly obsessive at the time. I still am... just with Gundam Seed now. >.> But I was seriously all like 'OMG GET AWAY FROM SANO HE'S MINE!' and all gross like. Not anymore, of course. 8D;;; But I believe that Sano never really comes back, so there aren't really any Sano/Megumi scenes... I haven't read the end of the manga, only 'Yahiko's Sakabatou' so I'm not sure...

Um, Twilight of the Dark Master's just awesome. If you see this DVD lying in a store, believe me it'll be worth buying it on the spot. I got it at a cheap price too: $9.99! OK, it is only 45 minutes, but still - to me it's cheap, since the style is beautiful, the story is very intrigueing and the characters are all wonderfully... alive. ^^

Tantei Gakuen Q is really great! I've seen only 6 episodes but I'm hooked. The subbing isn't proceeding that fast though... You know what's it about, or? Five talented(in various ways) kids studying at a detective school and helping to solve murder cases. I'm already a fan of Ryuu although he hasn't really made his appearance yet. The superficial side of me emerges yet again.. Well he's a mysterious bishonen.. can't help it! And with the paring.. Okay I'm not even that far when Ryuu and Kyuu even meet. Seen no hints whatsoever, but I decided already. Very, very clever... But I was told that that pairing is pretty popular anyways(and there will be hints), so my insight must be right!

1) Sadly, no, there isn't a series, just this very short OAV/movie. So sad. It's only 45 minutes!! Ugh, and the agony's just worse because of the lack of interest in this anime/manga. Nobody ever talks about it, it reminds me of Betterman... So sad.

2) While I've only seen the first few episodes (till ep 5 I think) I support the Ichigo/Rukia pairing. Why you ask? Because I thought Rukia was a guy. And she isn't like all those other [shonen-]girls I've come to dislike over time. ;; She's, dare I say it, cool. Very rare, indeed....


@Kihaku: Yes, his sign should be the ox. Maybe they made a boo-boo or they just thought a cow was easier to draw? Hmm, also, why would Hatori be a sea horse since he's got the sign of a dragon? Or is he supposed to be a sea dragon, but I'm just being dense...?

(I was thinking about re-doing the series with the hints I found between th two interwoven into the plot - in a sense I'd be focusing on those hints with the actual story in the background) But less between Hayate and Sasame. Complete reversal. Maybe because you like Sasame and I like Kei?

With Bleach... I'm not a fan of any pairings yet (great shock), maybe that's why I'm not getting into the series or then I'm not a fan because I'm not so into the series?
Anyway.. it might still grow on me.

Oh yes, I like Hatsuharu and Momiji too. They're the same age (wow), in the same class, they obviously get along well together.. I just really like Haru and Yuki together. Haru really touched me with his confession that Yuki was his first love *sighs*

Oh you like the story of Prétear too? I actually didn't think that it would turn out to be so great. It surprised me, touched me, made me cry and laugh. Many series don't manage to do that all. And Prétear has many other wonderful assets too.. including the bishies...

Yeah, maybe I wasn't paying much attention to the hints between Kei and Go. There was the part when they were fighting together.. but otherwise.. *thinks hard*. Well I can always seen the series again.

What is it about Sasame? How can you ask something like that? he's obviously the most attractive and hottest guy of the series
He's frighteningly devoted to his love, he's calm and understanding... his amount of fangirls can't be wrong. Also he reminds me of Muraki, besides that he actually is on the inside what he seems to be on the outside (angelic too )... although he's actually a lot like the sound guy in my own story, that's modelled after "the perfect guy" XP.
Actually all of those characters are like the characters I created, especially Sasame, Hayate, Go.. scary actually. I and the mangaka/creator think alike!
Mannen... Mannen is just awfully cute! He's so willing to help, use his abilities and be responsible, but he's still a little kid
I wouldn't have expected Hayate and Himeno to be so popular... Okay Hayate maybe (even though he isn't even nearly as attractive as Sasame), but I'd think the fangirls wouldn't like Himeno?
Oh well, you like Hajime too? He's one of those who doesn't get really that much screen time.. possibly the least. Maybe that's why he's not so popular? I actually didn't get a very good picture of his character, but I did get quite a good one of Kei I really liked all the characters, even Himeno and Takako....
Tanaka should definitely be appreciated too! That poor guy... he offered me a few laughs

I never understood HaruxMomiji. It just dosen't make much sense to me. They wouldn't make much of a couple; they clash a little too much, and Momiji's too innocent for romance.

@Toby-Chan: Ugh, I gotta run, but I just wanted to reply to Toby-Chan's post before going, since Kihaku's is kinda high maintenance. Can't be rushing in my reply there~

Haru/Momiji~ I saw it the first time they appeared at High School. The way Haru stood up for him (and himself) when the Council President went psycho on them all. And I don't think they're that different from each other, since Haru's good side is like Yuki's but... ;; better... a bit.

But I think this pairing could work quite well, since Momiji wouldn't be likely to trigger Black all that easily like say... Kyo. And even then I don't think Momiji's the kind of character Haru would touch, let alone beat up. They seem to be complimenting each other quite well, actually. And they seem to get along great on top of that. Besides, I've already got someone other planned for an eventual Yuki-pairing

Um, I guess that my choic of pairing mainly stemmed from a fic I read about the two. ^^ Fiction can have such a great influence on you sometimes.

I gave my sister the shock of her life when I tod her Ichigo/Rukia was my fave. I dunno, but I guess she likes Ichigo/Ishida most. X3 Ishida being her favorite character and all~ (Fan-favorite-Fan-favorite) And I don't mean she's that much of a shonen-ai freak she can't stand my pairing and therefor chooses a shonen-ai pairing with Ichigo... @.@

Well, I don't really like the story all that much, rather the settings. I like the whole Leafania with Knights protecting Nature bit, but the whole love-story in general... nah. Not really. I do like most characters, I guess. But the only women I can really stand are Mrs. Awayuki and her pink-haired daughter. They rock. Oooh and everybody loves Tanaka~ X3 (Takehito-sama~) Such a sympathetic character, but hilarious nonetheless!

Hints between Kei and Go? Despite the fact they're barely visible during the series (>_>) they give enough more than enough hints just by the fact that they spend way too much time together 'off-screen'. That's what you get with underappreciated characters. They unwillingly get subjected to shonen-ai innuendo like this. That and they haven't got any evidence to prove the contrary, unlike Hayate and Sasame.

In any case, I never cared for canon/hints between two guys I wanna see paired up anyway, so...

Aha. I could never stand perfect men all that much, so that's why I never understood. He's such a Gary-Stue, Sasame is~ Hehe, even though my sister got him as her favorite she felt like slapping him in the face for being that way. She hates the fact she chose him as her favorite. XD Hehehe~

Are you kidding? This is shoujo we're talking about. This is the main character every girl dreams to become! Like Sailormoon! Girls. *sigh*

Yeah... Hajime's unpopularity probably stems from his minor role and lack of personality in the series. That irks me. What's the use of making up characters if they can't even be given a proper role and personality?? Bah. I'll just have to give Hajime a personality in one of my future fics then.

I like Momji alone too. Nobody supports Hitsugaya and Hinamori? It's too cute. I fell inlove with it.

Hmm..About characters.. maybe Hajime's character is deeper in the manga? I glanced at the manga of Prétear in the shop and I was surprised how different it was. The story is different at the end and the characters... well Kei and Go looked completely different! Especially Kei.. he looked a little like Sasame actually.. Oh yeah, forgot to ask before.. is Kei really older than Go? I thought they were the same age.. I mean of course one of them has to be older, but they're both 16, or?
And blah... I bought all 4 volumes of the manga(my money!)... I'll cry if Sasame's role was just made more important for the anime

In Kingdom Hearts, Sora and Riku have been friends since they were kids, but I wonder if it goes deeper than that. What if Riku actually liked Sora and the creators actually put that in KH2. I realized that I would stare at the tv screen, cheer and start beating some heartless booty.

If the creators don't put it in there then I will be sad.

Hehe, I think it does too. Since IchigoxRukia is still canon and all. The fandom is actually being overrun and owned by Ichigo/Rukia right now. Second in place would be Hitsugaya/Hinamori or Renji/Rukia... I think. Well, I've been able to find three stories with Ichigo and Ishida so far. Seems shonen-ai authors are pretty quick when it comes to picking up shonen-anime/manga and 'poluting' it with their shonen-ai~ ^^v Nice. But why hasn't anyone written about Keigo and Kojima yet?? While I don't fancy the manga because of Kei's character designs (I like him as a woman dammit - nobody seems to share my opinion though... they all think he's ugly in the anime >,<) I better hope Hajime does have a personality in there. Poor boy... About their ages. I'm not really sure. I think Hayate (18) is the oldest in the anime, followed by Sasame (17), Kei/Go (both are 16), Mannen, Hajime and Shin. In the manga however... A few authors say Kei is the oldest out of the entire group. But since I don't own the manga I can't say for sure.

You even bought the manga. You're really obsessed with this, aren't you?

Yep, as far as we know IchigoxRukia is canon. Oh, no worries about those characters. Hitsugaya, Renji and Hinamori haven't shown up in the series just yet~ Keigo and Kojima however~ Kojima is the boy who has the same haircut as Rukia. ^^ He's only got a small role though, same as Keigo. Keigo's the guy with brown hair. They're both in Ichigo's classes and usually can be found with Chad, I think. But the manga gives the relationship between these guys far more potential since it's got a side story with the two of them sharing a bike. *__* (cue: fangirl squeal!!)

I like Momji he is so cute . I haven't seen/read much of the series so I'm not sure who I want to pair him up with. So I would prefer at the time alone but him all alone by himself isn't right. Hitsugaya and Hinamori come later in the manga the anime has a long way until they get there. They are just so cute though Hitsugaya is so cool too.

I have a feeling that Also he doesn't seem to have such big part in it as in the anime.. but well, I'll state my final opinion when I finish reading it.
Well... Sasame isn't made to be a "funny" character although.. I think he's more relaxed in the manga. The anime makes him seem kind of angsty.
And he is the seme of those guys. Now that's obvious even if he isn't evil.
Oh and in the manga he doesn't wear glasses Until the end I think that if your sister read the manga she wouldn't have liked him as much .

Kei is a lot different in the manga. Not only his appearance.. also his character. well.. okay it's pretty much the same, but he isn't such a narcist
