- Gankutsuou, you know where to find the fansubs? It's not yet licensed and that's why I've been able to watch and talk about it. X3 Joy for me~ (Americans are really too fast when it comes to picking up anime in order to have them dubbed... In turn it makes me move my butt faster too in order to snatch those promising anime away before they get snatched before I finish my snatching... @.@ Yesss...) Well, if you don't, but you still want to find those subs, the website's called Anime-Kraze. (<-- no linking, just in case! ^.^)


- Now there's an idea! Boyfriends working on the same project~ *__* I always imagined the mangaka to be either Ban or Ginji and his boyfriend taking over the other role somehow. Shaped after themselves. Hehe, yep, I always make it my business to know everything about everything without actually having read or seen anything. ^^;; I DO try though! Oooh, lucky again! - Ugh, I also have that problem... About maybe not even getting the chance to buy more volumes to complete the set. So I completely understand. Also that bit about reading something which isn't the beginning. ^^;; I also have that with FAKE. It bites. Thoroughly.


- You would be surprised how many authors/people see Kenshin as the seme. Especially becauseof his Battousai mode. But since I have my one and only squick about seeing SHORT characters topping TALL characters... I just had to comment about that.


- About the shipping-thingies... They were made up by fans apparently. Usually they're only used with game-characters (Pokemon, Golden Sun etc. etc.), so of course Yu-Gi-Oh! can't remain the exception. The prideshipper-pairing (Kaiba x Yami) aims for the pride they both share. They're two very proud characters after all. Usually the shipper-relationship deals with things the two characters have in common, hence Prideshipping. (Don't ask me about the Wishshipping though! ;; I can't see the link in that one, since I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to Yu-Gi-Oh! - I've only seen a couple of episodes every now and then and only have the first four volumes of the manga ^^;;)

Um, let's see... More shippers:
- Darkshipping (Yami Bakura x Yami Yugi)
- Puppyshipping (Kaiba x Jounouichi)
- Heartshipping (Ryou x Yugi)

And that's as far as I could figure it all out. Not to mention these are only the shonen-ai shippers.

But it's a great manga, especially if you're into shoujo with a dash of sai added to the mix)


- Nope, I didn't read FAKE from the beginning. ;; Well, I read the first two chapters aka first volume but those were scanlations. At one point I found myself a complete translation of the manga and Russian scanlated scans and attempted to make my own scanlations just for me. I eventually halted my project because I sucked at it. But seeing I had the full translation scripts, I decided I didn't really need scanlations. I could just read while oogling the nice hunks/images. *__* So, yeah, I actually know what's happening in all of the volumes, I just don't have them yet. Officially speaking.


- Yeah, the Battousai would probably be able to overpower angsty!Aoshi, but Saitou...? Never! Hehe, I forgot to mention the exceptions. And I don't really like that pairing either... I never read about them in any case. It's only ever TatsumixTsuzuki, MurakixTsuzuzki or WatarixTsuzuki (or maybe the Count x Tsuzuki ^^v). I only ever considered that pairing since I saw that imag of adult!Hisoka. ^^;; But since nobody's ever writing about an adult!Hisoka and Tsuzuki... *shrugs*

But sure, there are exceptions. I mean, Ryo is shorter than Dee, but I can still see him topping Dee (he isn't an uber wimpy push-over like many authors portray him! >.< He's got a strong character too darnit!!). The difference in height between them isn't as apparent as, say... Kaiba and Yami/Yugi, Roy and Ed.


- Well, usually the shipper names have something in common. But for instance the Puppyshipping... X3 It's only called that way because Kaiba always calls Jou a mutt (endearing nickname = puppy). Hehe.

Believe me, I'm as much a newbie to these terms as you are. I don't get many of these terms either, heartshipping, wishshipping... OK, darkshipping wouldn't be too difficult, seeing they're both yamis. Hmmmm... I don't even know what kind of shipping Yami x Yugi is... I think this is another thing someone in an LJ community conjured up. Just like the numeric couples. 35, 38, 39... SanzoxGojyo, SanzoxHakkai and SanzoxGoku respectively. -.- Just too difficult.

As for Yami in your pairings, I actually meant Yami Yugi. I always find it a pain to type it all down though, so instead of saying Yami Yugi, I just say Yami. I'm such a lazy fart. Yami Bakura would be just Bakura and his Hikari would be Ryou. Marik would be the Yami and Malik the "Hikari". Somehow I find it quite amusing I can't even say Malik's a Hikari without using brackets. He's so evil~

Hmm, talking about Dark and Krad... I finally got to see a shot of Krad full-size and... Shock. What in the name of (..) is he wearing anyway? It looks like one of those ballroom dresses with those hooprings stuffed underneath them. I would have laughed my butt off if I wasn't gaping in shock at the screen. That's seriously... wrong. I liked the trenchcoat he had at the very beginning, whatever happened to that thing?? It was so much cooler than this ballroom dress...

I actually meant evil!Bakura as in the Bakura from the series or... just plain evil, you know. In fanfiction you have two kinds of Bakuras after all. Good (well, as good as he can get - at least he's on the good guy's side or just neutral which is good enough for me ) and Evil (Bakura on the bad guy's side). Ugh, this is so hard to explain. I guess you'd need to read fics with different examples to have everything cleared up. I can't do it. -.-

Ahh please watch! (It's become a fav. hobby of my best friend and my self to suck as many people into this as possible) Well, he got me into it last year and then I spread it to others....(It's like an airborne disease I tell you!!)
If you really want to catch up quickly you can just read inane's manga translatiion online very quickly....There's over 200 chapters, but you can read each chapter in about 5min. Also there wont be any new chapters until the end of this month (Blue points at her sig and hops up and down) so you could easily catch up.
Finally, if you dl the anime, just make sure to go with Anbu's fansubs (their stuff's the best!)
