Of course I like it, but I feel the ending for the volume books is nearing also, and it's kind of bitter-sweet.

Just a note here, it's a last but one FMA volume. The last one will come out in Semptember.

Wow, great cover! I guess this volume will cover chapters 104-106, and the remaining two chapters will be in Vol. 27. A volume has around 190 pages, chapter 107 had 69 pages and chapter 108 had 113 pages, so it completes a volume.
And according to this note which was on the color title page of the last chapter, Vol. 27. will come out in November.

I have a feeling that Father's new form will take the spine of this volume.

And this is a hunch, but I wouldn't be surprised if Trisha Elric takes the spine of the final manga. I actually think that would be most appropriate!

I would like to see human!Al on the final spine.

^That's what I would like to see, too. It would make sense, after all. But I love the idea of Trisha being on the spine of a volume, although it may seem a little unlikely.

And that's a great cover; I love the atmosphere that's created by the colour and the stances of the sacrifices.

Oh, what a cool cover! Very beautiful. I have to agree, Trisha would be great to have in a spine... and so would be Hughes. I mean, everyone else has got a spine. Why doesn't he have one?! Hughes, if anyone, deserves one.

Anyway, about Al. I think he was in the cover in the human form at the gate so he already has got the human form spine, or am I wrong?

^I think you might be right (not sure). But when I said human!Al (I'm guessing that Kasumisty meant this, too), I meant the healthy, non-anorexic Al. I think that would be an appropriate spine picture choice.

I agree healthy human Al on the spine would be great. That would mean he'd be on three different volumes. Lucky him

But at the same time a grown Ed to contrast the first spine would be nice, since his appearance has changed a lot over the course of the series.

But I like JackDawkin's idea. Ed completely slipped my mind- I think he would fit better on the very last volume; It would be really cool to see him young on the spine of the first volume, then his older self on the last volume.

I agree that Ed should be on the spine of the final volume. He got the first one, so he has to get the last one.

As for this volume, I think it'll have Father's new form.

I love this cover!! It makes me sad all over again, though, remembering FMA is over. It will live on in my heart!

I hope Ed's on the final spine, or maybe even Trisha, kind of like how Tohru's mother was on the final volume of Fruit's Basket.

It would awesome if either of them got to be on the spine. Right now, I'm just waiting around to be surprised. I was wondering how many chapters the new volumes would cover, and thought that the final chapter would get its own volume since it's so large.

Good cover, not very surprising content wise but fitting none the less and a good composition.

27's cover should be interesting, undoubtedly the final cover.

I was expecting a bit different more like volume 12,14,18,24 for volume main character new father, then 5 human sacrafises and 3 homunculus

Yay Izumi is on a cover! I remembered a certain volume 6 omake when I saw this cover and chuckled a bit. The art is really great! It makes me wonder what the final volume will look like.

I also thought that Trisha might show up on the final volume spin but who knows? I guess we just have to wait and see.

Wow!!!! This is the fourth spine Father been. Vol 13 was old Father, Vol 19, the dwarf in the flask, 24 was his monster form, and now 26 is his god form. The heck. the only one I can recall having more than one spine was Ling with volume 10 and and 20 being Greedling.
