Full Version: Gathering Of Statistic Data!
Fullmetal Alchemist Discussion Board > General Discussions > Open Talk
MsLinn
Dear fellow fans!
I need help with school-work! I have been procrastinating and therefore need to ask twenty or more people about certain traits for my statistics course, by monday!
It would save me a lot of trouble if you could answer my survey! It's only yes/no-question, so it's nothing too difficult.

First, I need to make sure you understand that everything can and will be used against you what I am doing, and agree to me using these data when analyzing the frequense of certain traits and genes in a population.
SO, IF YOU ANSWER, THAT MEANS I CAN USE YOUR INFORMATION AS REPRESENTATIV FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE WORLD.

The questions:

1. Roll your tongue
Can you roll your tongue into a tube, or similar? Yes or No.

2. Earlobe
Are your lobes attached to your head or are they detached/free? Attached or Free.

3. Handedness
Are you right-handed? Yes or No.

4. Cowlick (hair whorl)
If you have thin or long hair, with no clear whorl, answer blank.
Do you have a cowlick? Does it go clockwise or counter-clockwise? No or Clockwise (CW) or Counter-clockwise (CCW).

5. Colour-blindness
Are you red-green-colourblind? Yes or No.

6. Hairline (Widow's Peak)
Does your hair grow into a small peak down on your forehead? (Aka "widow's peak".) Another example. Yes or No.

7. Gender
Are you a man or a woman? Man or Woman.
If neither...it will cause problems to my calculations...

Please answer by writing the number and answer!

I can't use a poll because I need to know, for example, how many of the women that are colour-blind.

This tread will/can be deleated on Wednesday.
Mods; feel free to move it, or delete if you don't want me to use this web-site as an excuse for being lazy for personal winning.

Gosh, after all those difficult words and (doubtfully) correct grammar, I just wanna thank you in advance, and let you know that I'm very thankful! Thank you! <3
So hurry up and become representativs for the world! biggrin.gif

As a suggestion MsLinn, if you are looking for people to give you Global results, it might help if you know which country, or even just which contenant they are from. I would suggest they don't do this in their reply, but send you a PM afterward on the understanding that information is confidential.

3. Handedness

Left-handed but I was right-handed as a child. I had a bad accident with my arm and couldn't use my arm for a year. I needed a transplant and since I couldn't use my right arm for a year I became left-handed and stayed that way.
