Our school is seriously hug addicted. All of my friends try to hug me every time I walk up to the them, it's ridiculous. But I don't let them because when you don't do it as often it's more special when you do. I don't know.

my friends basically spam hugs. its funny. now how bout doodling in class. i used to do it in french all the time. and in spanish too.

Who else hates anime/manga series that last waaaay too long? You all know the ones I mean.

depends. if i'm aloud to say inuyasha then yest i hate it. except for bleach and naruto. those are the only series that have an excuse in my eyes

really....then you might be better off with stuff my mvm. they always get short series or even beez. they ocasionally get short series like haruhi

"stuff my mvm?" I mean... I can tolerate long series, but I tend to like series that have an intro, climax, and ending go by quick. It makes me feel like, "I'm glad I read that." Ya know? But when a series drags on for hundreds of chapters, and the story just kinda evolves and new enemies are introduced, and fillers are added, and characters who you know are supposed to be together stay in the "awkward lover/ally/enemy" stage for way too long, it just makes me feel like... "They're wasting my time. Why am I reading this?" FMA hasn't reached that point for me yet, though.

I shouldn't comment on that seeing as how Naruto is one of my favorites, but now I watch/read it for Kakashi...

just for kakashi? i read it cause i like long series and because it's great fun.

It was when it made sense. Now everyone here and there has a Byakugan and Sharingan...I actually read it for more of the drama/romance/Kakashi than the actual storyline...

I don't read Naruto or Bleach, but I've read Inuyasha, all 500+ chapters I guess I don't really like long series that drag, but if the plot is interesting and suspenseful enough I'll keep reading it. Like now, I'm almost caught up to Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, and the first 100 chapters were extremely slow and boring, but now it's really picked up and it's amazing

ah the "his dark materials" series. yes i began to read the northern lights and finished the amber spyglass but thats because i had the northern lights ruined for me. so i went to the next....oh wait. is it the last or the second (asg)....i can't remember..........

Northern lights really is amaz, definitely worth a read. Yet to see the film though, I've heard it's not so hot. I really like the idea of 'daemons', and I found the corruption of the church tres interesting. Did find it a bit hard to imagine someone as young as Lyra doing the stuff that happened, but it's awesome none the less.

Soz, I'm gonna backtrack a leetle bit and add my 2 cents about overly-long manga: Yep, it's darned annoying when they last so long, but personally once I'm into a series, I'm in (saying this as an Inuyasha fan).
