I wonder what your first manga was?
It is also the one that get you to start reading manga from then on???

My first manga would be "Maison Ikkoku" on onemanga and it was Rumiko Takahashi that i continue to read her mangas and it expand from it. And I often read manga on sunmanga now,used I often go to onemanga,but I found its search button doesn't do much help. not detailed enough .

my first manga was .hack legend of the twilight. my bro had it recomended to him by a friend and so soon he bought a volume. he showed it to me and soon i was hooked. in fact i was so intrigued that me and him both started bying more and more manga from water stones. until we found a shop recomended by the same friend that had a larger selection of manga on import. (forbiden planet. it's a shop only in england peeps) and thats where i found the fma manga aswell.

My first manga I believe was one with Doremon. I think I was 5-6 at the time, couldn't read it at all so I just looked at the pictures.

My first manga, belive it or not, was Full Metal Alchemist

I became instantanly hoocked up! It was (and still is ) sooooooo cool

Actually, correction, mine was a Japanese copy of Naruto. Couldn't read it, and thought Kakashi was a woman, but it was fun to color in...

wow after 10 minutes of thinking there i have to say that my first manga that i ever gotten is fullmetal alchemist vol 2. (had a trading card with it) lol

My first manga was Yu Yu Hakusho.

My first manga was Sailor Moon and it was the beginning of my Japan culture fascination! I remember it as if it happened yesterday! Who would think that it was almost 11 years ago... And that my love to manga will last for the present day! My, oh my...

Just like Miverel, mine was Sailor Moon, along with Dragon Ball Z. A friend had lent me the volumes she had of Sailor Moon, and I was instantly hooked. Dragon Ball Z was from another friend.

Then 3 years later [SM and DMZ were back in 5th grade] I really got into manga, starting with Inuyasha being the first one I actually bought.

My first manga was Inuyasha. I started reading it after seeing some episodes of the anime.

Mine was Inuyasha. My friend recommended that I watch the anime, and after a few episodes I discovered that you could actually read it (I had no idea what manga was at the time haha), and that was it for me.

My friend just started lending me her InuYasha manga and I was like... doggy...ears... O.o

My brother said it was nice so i just tagged along.

My very first manga was Death Note, I read the first chapters (it was of a friend of mine).
But the first (and for now, only!) manga that I read entirely and I bought was Fullmetal Alchemist.

My first manga was... aw crap can't remember correctly but it was either Fruits Basket or DNAngel. A friend was carrying one of the books around and I spotted it and asked her why its cover was backwards. O.o

Thus began my love for manga.

And yes, I still laugh about the backwards thing to this day.

The first manga I ever read was Tokyo Mew Mew, which I read after finishing the anime. Thus, I discovered the world of manga.

Mine would have to be Fruits Basket, however, the first actual time I read a manga was when my friend was reading Yotsuba&! and I asked her about it. I gave up after like two pages because I couldn't read it (the 'backwards thing'), but I remember it was when Yotsuba put fireworks on the hood of a car. XD

Then I got into Fruits Basket because the same friend told me it was one of her favorites. XD
