Okay only a few rules for this rp
1. Only one person per character please. We don't want two people playing Ed or four Mustang's...hehe
2. Other than that as many characters as you want as long as no one else is playing them
3. Based on the anime ( can no one spoil the manga please? im partway through it and loving it )
I shall play Winry (if it helps il make a list of who's playing which characters)
Jessie Beaharnais ( full name is Jessabelle but don't call her that unless you want a rather nasty rant )Age:
The Aqua Alchemist
That lousy customer hadn't needed to be so rude, there was no call for it... Winry thought to herself as she lay back on the lawn outside her house with Den curled up resting his head on her stomach. She was pretty bored and angry but mostly bored. After having watched Pinako give the customer an earbashing some of her anger had abated somewhat. She smirked triumphantly as she remembered how the customer had fled, tail betweeen his legs.
Propping herself up on her elbows she gazed over the fields of Resembool rather distracted.

A man with a redish suit walked the plains of resembol. He laughed to himself slightlly as blood trinkled from his right arm. "Doctor! I require assistance!" he called to a near by house, from whicth he saw an ampute exit from. from the looks of it, and automail repair store or something along thoughs lines. he couldn't tell. And he didn't care. He wanted the damn blood not to stain his suit.

Name: Alice Wilson
Alias: Shadow Alchemist
"Colonel Mustang? General Halcrow wishes to see you in his office." The two officers jumped to attention as they spotted the violet-haired girl standing in the doorway. "As ease, Roy. The general wants me to escort you there. Apparently, it's supposed to be a mission briefing, that he wants the two of us to go on. Come on, we can't keep him waiting now, can we?" She grinned as motioned for the two older officers to follow her as she exited the office. The two exchanged a look before hurrying after her.
Apr 29 2009, 11:26 PM
Name: Dr. Isaak Sawyer
Hair Colour: Violet
Eye Colour: Violet
Alias: The Poison Alchemist
"Heh." The 'good' doctor chuckled, his glasses reflecting the light. "This may work as well as I hoped. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone to test it on." In his hands he held a single bullet, that shone a dark purple colour. He glanced at it for a few more seconds then loaded the bullet into his gun. "Hopefully the next person I use it on won't be shot fatally or I won't know the results." He placed the gun back in it's holder and looked at the time. "Almost lunch time..." He smirked and decided to sit outside on Central's staircase, waiting for the right time. Lunch time.
May 3 2009, 12:45 PM
'That was the fastest briefing I've ever been through.' A frown marred her features as she stepped out into the bright afternoon.
The mission was tough but not impossible. It required a lot of investigating.
"Well, Colonel. Do you want to get started on this mission? I hope you're ready to work hard." She stated grinning as the male beside her sweatdropped.
Just then, something caught her attention and she directed her gaze downwards only to be met with the sight of a hunched figure.
'Who the hell is that? Hmm...violet hair? Interesting.'
"Uh, sir? Is everything alright?" She inquired as Mustang's eyes narrowed.
May 4 2009, 05:24 PM
Isaak heard the voice and turned around. It was the Shadow Alchemist, Alice Wilson and the Flame Alchemist Roy Mustang. He immediately stood up and saluted. "No, I'm quite fine. Thanks for asking." The chain had jangled when he stood up. "I was just waiting for something was all." That was the truth. Lunchtime was approaching and he was getting hungry. His stomach growled and he said, "Sorry about that. I have yet to eat lunch."
May 4 2009, 05:36 PM
A small frown flinted over her face as she took in the figure before her. The poison Alchemist. She acknoledged the salute with a nod.
"You said you haven't had any lunch right? Do you want to join us for a bite? We were on our way to get a bite to eat. You're welcome to join us, if you'd like." She grinned.
May 4 2009, 09:58 PM
Isaak noticed the frown and then the grin. Something about that just didn't seem right. He kept that thought in the back of his mind in case something like that would happen again. "Why thank you for the offer. I'd love to join. As long as I'm not intruding that is."
May 5 2009, 05:30 AM
"Oh, not at all."
She'd have to be careful around this man, he was an expert at dealing with poison, afterall. Just then another shout filled the air followed by a thundering boom and a cloud of smoke rose in the air. She and Mustang exchanged a look.
"Come on, Colonel. You too, Sawyer." She yelled and bolted off with Mustang hot on her tail as she rushed towards the scene.
May 5 2009, 05:18 PM
"Well that's g-" his reply was interrupted by the shout and he looked out towards the sky. He followed her orders and ran with them towards the scene. As he ran with the fellow officers, he thought to himself, Hm... now might be a perfect time to test my new weapon out... Isaak kept running with them trying to keep up.
May 6 2009, 05:42 AM
Another explosion nearly knocked her off her feet as she finally reached the scene to find a number of military personnel dead with a the remains of building debris scattered around the street.
“What the hell happened here?” she whispered, shocked as she took in the scene.
Just then, a shadow shifted and warped as they parted to reveal a figure.
“You...” Alice breathed unable to believe the person before her.
May 6 2009, 12:45 PM
Isaak finally caught up and he looked at the bodies. "..." Needless to speak he was a bit shocked to see this. He looked at the figure and the Shadow Alchemist. "I take it you know this person." He replied, reaching for his gun.
May 6 2009, 01:24 PM
"You could say that" She growled, glaring at the man before her. "What the hell are you doing here...Scar?"
The low chuckle reached her ears.
"I have come to clean the world from sin. Whill you join me, my dear?" The white-haired man grinned, lifting and out-stretched hand towards Alice.
"Go to hell." She hissed, calling the shadows around them to life.
May 7 2009, 04:35 PM
Isaak grinned. "So this is Scar... the man who uses alchemy to destroy alchemists?" Isaak remembered the order that upon sight that all officers had permission to shoot to kill. "I know this may sound stupid but can I shoot him?" He had to make sure that he had a nice opening. An opening and an opportunity in which he couldn't miss.
May 7 2009, 05:56 PM
A dark chuckle slid from her lips when she heard the statement. The shadows morphed again and Mustang raised his gloved hand, ready for the right moment.
"Go for it, but be careful, this guy isn't easy to beat."
However, no sooner had those words slipped from her lips, Scar charged forward, catching her completely off guard with a single punch and something else...
The sound of fabric ripping and a pained gasp rent the air before she was sent flying.
The crash echoed through the silence as the shadows twisted and eased back to normal.
Shakily, she rose to her feet, cursing aloud as she felt something warm trickle down her forehead and another substance rose in her throat.
"You little...! Sawyer, he's all yours. But just one more thing, save some for me when you're done..." She sneered, eyes flashing as she stumbled back over to them, clutching her stomach.
May 8 2009, 02:00 PM
Isaak glimpsed at Scar and smirked. "I suppose it's stupid to say that I'm just a scientist, trying to improve this country. Not when I have this, the silver pocket watch." Isaak grinned, trying to predict where Scar would move if he fired a shot. Luckily his 'secret weapon' would be the sixth shot in case he missed the other five. He shot two bullets towards Scar's legs, one near the knee and one near the upper thigh if he were to jump back.
May 8 2009, 04:25 PM
A frown lit her face as she watched the man fire. What happened next, was not what she expected. In a motion almost too fast to foolw, Scar had dowdged the bullets and sprung at the man. Cursing, she pulled out her own shotgun and fireed three bullets, one after the other while Roy called upon his alchemy to help her out.
The thunderous explosion ripped through the air, narrowly avoiding the three, as the blast hit dead on target.
Smoke rushed to greet them, clouding their vision and choking their throats.
"Is everyone alright?' She called out, having shielded her face from the blast. "Shoot, I can't see anything in this smoke."
May 10 2009, 01:04 AM
Isaak frowned as Scar nimbly dodged the bullets. Isaak would have been killed if he didn't move his head aside at the last moment. What happened next was obscured by the smoke as the explosion orchestrated. Two shots were fired at a close range, well at least, in Isaak's view towards Scar. He had aimed near the ground so whatever the bullets hit would not be fatal.
May 10 2009, 11:43 AM
Alice cursed under her breath as she searched the smoke for Scar. Suddenly, something grabbed her from behind and yanked her head up, nearly snapping her neck. A thick arm gripped her arms and prohibited any movement.
"Scar, what do you want?" She hissed as the smoke cleared, rvealing them to the eyes of the other two men.
"I just wanted your cooperation, my dear." His voice rumbled from behind her.
"Like I said before...Go to hell. I'd rather die than join you!" With that the shadows shjot towards them and wuickly wrapped eager fingers around their bodies and completely encasing them into a dark cocoon.
May 10 2009, 12:05 PM
Isaak frowned as the cocoon engulfed the two fighters. He knew that there was a big risk in shooting the shadows so all he could do was watch and wait. "Don't die on us yet..." His trigger finger was just itching to fire.
May 10 2009, 12:53 PM
The shadows morphed and twisted as the time stretched on. Suddenly, they split apart and a scream of pain eachoed throughout the air. The shadows arced back to their hiding spots and two figures were once again, revealed.
"It seems that I have overstayed my visit. Farewell for now, gentlemen. " Scar's rough grumble sounded as one of the figure turnde and began walking away. The other was lying motionless on the ground as a drak pool spread around it, forever staining the grounds.
"Wait.." A hoarse rasp caused the white-haired man to pause.
The latter had rose shakily to its feet and turned to face him.
"You're not going anywhere." it gasped, clutching its side as it called upon the shadows again.
They sped to her command and raced towards him, once again engulfing the man.
"Die." Alice hissed, clenching her free hand into a fist as the shadows collapsed on itself before ripping apart revealing nothing as tattered peices of cloth fell to the cold stone ground. It was the remains of Scar's shirt.
No sooner did the shadows settle, the girl stumbled and fell hevily to the ground, panting as the darkness dotted her vision.
'.....' She cursed inwardly as darkness swallowed her vision and she slipped into unconciousness.
May 11 2009, 01:05 AM
"Hmph. What a shame... I was hoping to use 'it.'" Isaak frowned as he walked towards the bleeding alchemist. He cast his head aside to the tattered shirt. "I can't say whether he is gone or not but we'll be ready in either scenario." He glanced back at the alchemist. "I should start studying the alchemy and seeing if any healing properties would work with it." Isaak looked to Mustang. "I am no use to her as of current. You on the other hand might be able to help."
May 11 2009, 09:01 AM
The harsh glow behind her eyelids penetrated the darkness and forced her eyes to open. The pain slammed into her, spiking her heart rate and whipping the breath from her lungs.
‘What the hell happened?’ She slowly forced her eyes open, only to see blurry figures hovering anxiously over her bed. Two different hair colours clashed with her vision and instantly she knew who they were.
“C-Colonel, Sawyer...” she rasped. “W-What happened?”
May 11 2009, 03:34 PM
"Well obviously you survived a run-in with Scar." Isaak looked at her, seriousness plastered all over her face. "We have no idea what happened to Scar though. You might know but we don't. All we know is that the shadows enveloped him. All that's left is a tattered remnant. His shirt." He stopped for a moment to readjust his glasses. "You did sustain heavy damage though."
May 11 2009, 03:52 PM
A dark frown slid over her face.
"He's still alive." She spat out, fist clenched as she stared out the window. "I think somehow managed to escape. He broke my concentration and that's the main reason I'm so badly hurt. The shadows are hard thing to control, even if you have alchemy. Something tells me that Scar will be back and more military personnel will die. Sawyer, have you ever considered joining the militray. As far as I'm concerned you still an acquantaince and not actually military personnel, correct?"
May 12 2009, 06:56 PM
Isaak nodded. "Yes, that much is true. And although I'm a doctor, I'm more or less the opposite of one. What with my studies of poisons and all. Although with poisons and toxins, antidotes should follow. That is why I am also studying ways to counteract my poisons and toxins in the event that they are used against us." He sighed a bit as he looked at Mustang then back at her.
May 13 2009, 06:12 AM
“Well then, in that case...I’m offering you a chance to become a part of the military. We’re going to need you if Scar decides to attack again. Would you accept?” She inquired, wincing again as she shifted her weight slightly. Just then a pained gasp ripped from her throat and her heart pace spiked.
“Give him to me....I want him,” a voice rasped throughout the room and echoing off the walls.
“Patience,” Alice whispered eyes glowing. “Have patience. You will have him.”
May 14 2009, 01:36 PM
Isaak stared at her glowing eyes as she spoke to the unknown person. Suddenly second thoughts began to appear in his mind. "I hope you're not trying to set me up, Wilson. But even if you are, I accept nonetheless."
May 14 2009, 06:34 PM
His voice seemed to bring her back to reality, the glowing faded and her eyes returned to normal. Blinking slighty, she frowned but quickly turned and grinned at the two men.
"I'm glad to hear that, Sawyer. And I'm not trying to set you up, so rest assured. Now, in order to get inot the military, you need to past three tests. Physical, Health and Written. After that, once you pass, you'll be given all the necessary things and you'll be put under either Colonel Mustang or myself. Since I'm stuck here, Colonel Mustang, could you take Mr. Sawyer over to headquaters and get him started?" She inquired, glancding over at the other male, who nodded and saluted before making his way to the door.
A small sigh escaped her lips as both men disappeared out the door.
'It's started. The shadows are getting restless.'
May 15 2009, 09:31 PM
Isaak looked at Mustang confused. "Physical, Health and Written? I understand the Physical and the Written. But doesn't Health fall under the Physical since you have to be healthy in order to be in top shape?" That was a bit confusing but hopefully Mustang would explain things a bit more clearly.
May 16 2009, 07:52 AM
The morning dawned bright and early waking Alice as effectively as the persistant calls of her name. It had become a daily routine to Force her eyes open and the smiling face of a doctor and two nurses that invaded her vision.
"Good morning, Doctor. Are you going to let me out today?" She inquired, forcing a smile onto her face.
"Nice try, Miss. Alice. You've only been here for two weeks and despite your remarkable recovery rate...you're still going to have to stay." Came her answer.
It didn't take long for the daily check-ups to be done and soon she was once again left in peace. That didn't last, when Suddenly her door opened again ans Mustang followed by Sawyer stepped into the room.
A bright grin lit her face as both men saluted her.
"Good morning, Colonel. Good morning, Major. The military uniform agrees with you Major Sawyer. About the other day when I said you had to take a Health test, we do that just to be safe. but, anyways, how's militray life treating you? Oh and did you fin out who's command you're being put under?" Before Sawyer could answer, a folder was produced and handed to her.
Blinking, she took the folder and flipped through its contents.
"Well, that settles things. It seems that you'll be assigned to me for....special reasons?" She frowned. "I'll definiately have to talk to the General about this one."
May 17 2009, 12:29 PM
"Well, I have to say, they did find my recent project quite fascinating." Sawyer smiled, reminiscing of the attention he had received for the project. "But it's top secret for now. The special reasons itself is a bit mysterious but I'm sure those reasons will surface soon enough. Until then I take it we proceed as usual?"
May 17 2009, 02:38 PM
"Yes, we should. Once I get out of this stupid bed, I'll be back on field duty and Major Sawyer, I'd like you to come with me on some of the missions just to get a feel for feild duty. I'm sure General Halcrow will be giving you desk duty as of now, am I right?" She grinned, shifting her weight once again. A knock on the door interrupted further chance of carefree conversation.
Blinking, Alice glacned to the doorway, where a soldier stood.
"Can I help you, Major?" She inquired as the man saulted rather smartly.
"Permission to speak, ma'am?" The man inquired, still poised in salute.
"At ease, major and permission granted." She muttered, trying her best to keep a straight face.
Before, the man could say anything, a ear-shattering boom echoed throughout the streets, shaking the room and all its occupants.
"That can wait, soldier. MAjor Sawyer and Colonel Mustang, I want the two of you to go see what the heck just happened and deal with it if possible. I want a full report when your done. Go!" She ordered as both of the men saluted and bolted out the door to the streets below.
"That order goes for you too, Major." She glanced at the last remaining soldier, who saluted and ran off, leaving her alone once more.
'What the hell is going on?'
May 18 2009, 06:27 PM
Isaak turned around as soon as the explosion happened. He followed Mustang to the site of the explosion. The smoke cleared and Isaak readjusted his glasses to make sure what he saw was correct. "Quite the noisemaker." He said frowning.
May 19 2009, 01:05 PM
Her teeth grit as the noise below finally stopped. It had been 15 minutes since Mustang and Sawyer had keft and she was beginning to worry.
Just then the door of her room burst open and in stepped the two males.
"What the hell happened out there?" She demanded, relief flooding her features.
May 19 2009, 06:22 PM
((Sorry for the lack of a post but what can I say? I have no idea what happened. All I know is that there was an explosion and that's it. Perhaps a rogue bomber or something?))
May 20 2009, 01:33 PM
((it doesn't really matter to me, you could make something up if you really want.))
May 21 2009, 12:49 AM
"My apologies Major Wilson, for causing you to worry. It was, unfortunately, a rogue bomber who merely wanted revenge." Isaak readjusted his glasses. "We merely took out the key points in his arms for throwing bombs and is being detained as we speak."
May 21 2009, 09:13 AM
“I see. Well, in that case, can you fill a report to General Halcrow about this, I’m sure he’ll want to know and uh...Major Sawyer? It’s Lieutenant Colonel Wilson.” She stated grinning as she held up a official letter.
“Apparently, I’ve just been promoted from Major. Anyways, I want you to submit a detailed report to me about what has happened and I’ll pass it onto General Halcrow with a report of my own. For now, I guess the two of you are free to go and I’ll be trusting you to make sure things go smoothly in this matter.”
May 22 2009, 02:13 AM
"My apologies, Lt-Colonel. I did not know of your recent promotion nor of your rank so I just generally assumed." Isaak noted as he took out a pad to write down his objectives for the day. "I also assume there is a deadline for this report, not too far off from today as well?"
May 22 2009, 06:02 AM
“No need to apologize, Major. If it’s possible, could you finish the report for tomorrow? I’ll read it over and give it over to the General along with my own report two days from now.” She explained, only to be interrupted by a nurse.
A sigh rushed through her lips as she noticed the clipboard and the cheerful smile.
“Well, I think that I’ll let the nurse take over and I’ll see the two of you in three weeks...hopefully.” She muttered as the nurse’s grin became wider.
May 22 2009, 09:47 PM
"Yes ma'am." Isaak saluted and left to fill the report on that bomber. As he walked out of the hospital, he looked around at the scenery and where the bomber had struck. He sighed. It was a big mess.
May 23 2009, 07:34 PM
A heavy sigh escaped her lips as the nurse bustled around her.
She couldn't wait to get out....
(Time skip: Two weeks later)
"Finally! I get to leave this place, for good!" She grinned stepping out of the building with a wide grin. Mustang and Sawyer chuckled from their position behind her. No sooner had those words escaped her lips, a rather panicked soldier bustled over.
"Is everything ok, soldier?" She inquired, with a raised eyebrow as the young man stopped in front of her, panting for breath.
"Ma'am the General requests that you meet him at the station. Lt. colonel Mustang knows the story and he is supposed to fill you in on the way there. A car will be here any minute to take you there." The man wheezed as he relayed his message. Her eyebrows shoot even further upwards as she watched a vechile screech to a halt before them.
'What the hell is going on here, Mustang?" She demanded as she climbed into the vehicle.
May 23 2009, 10:14 PM
((Is Isaak supposed to follow as well?))
May 24 2009, 06:07 AM
(if you want to come...but essentially he's supposed to come)
May 25 2009, 11:38 PM
Following the Lt.Col Isaak went into the car and listened to what Mustang had to say.
(Who really is controlling Mustang? And sorry for the short post again.)
May 26 2009, 04:38 PM
((....I guess I could control him))
"Alright, Mustang. What's going on." She demanded once the car began to move.
The dark-haired male sighed and crossed his arms over his chest.
"There's been a hijacking on the train that General Halcrow was on." He explained causing Alice's eyes to bug out.
"By who?" She demanded.
"We're not sure yet." came her answer.
"Bull!" She spat out, glaring at the man that sat across her. "Give me the truth, Colonel and that's an order."
The male before her winced.
"The group is led by a man by the name of Bald."
Alice froze, muscles tensing as the information sunk into her mind.
May 26 2009, 11:40 PM
Isaak looked at the two officers and could sense the tension. "I take it you know who this 'Bald' person is Lt.Col?" He looked at her a bit quizically.
May 27 2009, 08:34 PM
"Yeah, He was part of the military but he wanted an Automail arm to increase his power. Since the state prohibites the use of automail for unnesecarry procedures, he was banned from the military and became an outlaw. I heard that he's trying to seek revenge on the military. He's not someone to be taken lightly, although, I'm pretty sure he doesn't know alchemy, But that automail arm of his...is something else. We have to make suer the General's ok and after that, deal with Bald and his little gang of wanna-be terrorists." She murmured as the car pulled to a stop in front of central station.
"Alright, boys. Let's get a move on, shall we?" She grinned, stepping out of the vehicle and hurrying inside with the two men hot on her heels.
May 29 2009, 02:29 AM
"I have to say, that this Bald character is very interesting." Isaak smirked and wondered if this would be the day that the weapon would be used. But if it worked while he was being questioned, IF Bald was being questioned and he died, then that would be most unfortunate for the military.
