"Whoa, time out. How am I going to get hurt doing this? If I'm just supposed to be a jester, all I'll be doing is dressing up in a stupid costume and dancing. That's not going to hurt me."

Allen said, looking at Kari with fear.

"Just get down here now."

Mat-Mat said as she jumped up the tree and pulled Allen down. "Ok....where's my costume then?"

"Right here,and ballet tends to hurt your toes afterwords."

Kari said holding up the ridiculous costume,hat,and the kind of shoes that elves wore that were curled up,hurting your toes in the process,that matched the outfit,and a make up box.

"....I changed my mind. How about I just treat you to all the candy you want and we call it even, okay?"

Allen said with an anime sweat drop coming down his head.

"Now, now, you agreed to this. Keep your promise. Kari's not going to make you look like a total idiot, right Kari? Besides, you sort of owe her more than candy."

Mat-Mat said laughing.

"Not a total idiot...."

Kari agreed and added tugging him into the changing room

"Sides,I got all of Lawliet-sama's candy mountain filled room."

"Fine. At least this will all be over in a few minutes anyway. If I'm having my dignity stripped, it might as well be in a little jester outfit."

Allen agreed as he walked into the dressing room. "By the way, what are you doing with that paint?"

"Painting your face."

Kari said bluntly as if it was the most obvious thing on Earth and practically attacked him with the make up supplies the minute he came out of the dressing room in his costume him ending up to look like this.

"I totally hate you for this."

Allen said as he stepped out of the dressing room. When Atticus and Mat-Mat saw him, they couldn't help themselves rolling on the floor laughing at Allen.

"Let's get this over with, so what do you want me do first, Kari?"

Allen mumbled, definatly not amused by this.

"Start juggling."

Kari said throwing some oranges and apples to start with at him

"Sorry, I can't juggle."

Allen said looking at the oranges and apples.

"At least try."

Mat-Mat coaxed him into doing it. Allen then tried to juggle the fruit. At first, he was doing all right, but then one orange fell on him and all the rest of the fruit fell on top of his head hard. "Anything else you want me to do?" Allen mumbled at Kari, rubbing his head.

"Uh huh,start dancing around.Though in exchange I'll do the music if you want."

Kari said giving him some mercy,just about anything was worth listening to her sing now a days since she couldn't do it as much.

"Sure, no problem."

Allen said with a shrug as he started dancing ballet. The sad thing was that he was actually very good at it. It didn't hurt his feet and he was twirling faster than ever. "Anything else, my kitty-lady?" Allen asked stopping on his tippy toe.

"......Start doing Hip Hop."

Kari said bluntly with her eye twitching,damn him for knowing ballet.

"What the hell is 'hip-hop?'"

Allen asked blinking.

"Just do something to a rhythm."

Mat-Mat said laughing.

"Break dance.Now.I COMMAND YOU!"

Kari said grinning evilly,this was entertaining.

"What? How am I supposed to break dance in here?"

Allen asked, freaked out by the type of dance.

"Just try." Mat-Mat asked nicely. Allen then started to break dance, looking like a total idiot doing it. He then got on his head spun around about seven times and fell over on his face. "Anything else?

"Dunno,Atticus do we have anything else for him to do?"

Kari asked looking at him knowing he had the notes.

"Let's see...juggling, dancing in any dance you wanted him to, I guess that's it unless you want him to do something else."

Atticus said looking at the paper.

"So does that mean I can get out of this stupid outfit now?"

Allen asked happily.

"Nope.Your staying in that and we're going out for dinner!"

Kari said grinning her evil Cheshire shaming grin

"WHAT?!"

Allen yelled falling back on to his butt. "I AM NOT GOING OUT LOOKING LIKE THIS!!!"

"You might as well do as she says. You honestly don't have a choice right now."

Mat-Mat said sighing.

"Just to the ice cream stand down the street,nowhere fancy."

Kari promised giving him the puppy/kitty pout and eyes that nobody could EVER resist.

"Ok."

Allen agreed reluctantly. No one could resist that evil look. "Just to the stand, nowhere else, ok kitty-lady?"

"Got it!Kitty honor!AND NO CALLING ME KITTY LADY!"

Kari yelled giving him a smack upside the head as she got up and climbed up onto Atticus' back in a piggy back position and said childishly smiling putting her chin on his shoulder,it was times like these that you wondered if it was Johnna or Kari talking.

"C'mon horsey to the ice cweam stand!"

"Ok, to the ice cream stand!"

Atticus said smiling.

"Like I keep telling you, it's a really hard habit to break, Kari."

Allen said smiling as he walked towards the ice cream stand.

"Bah.Neko-chan doesn't like it.If your going to call her something kitty related call her Neko-chan like Johnna-chan does."

Said 'Kari',definitely Johnna right now since Kari NEVER talked in third person for one thing and for another she didn't call herself neko-chan either.

"Ok Johanna, I won't call Neko-chan 'kitty-lady' anymore, kay?"

Allen said smiling as they approached the ice cream stand. "Now, which flavor would you like? It's my treat."

"Mint chocolate chip pwease."

Johnna said cutely kicking her legs back and forth,making Kari's body look like she was 10 and on her dad's back and not on her boyfriend's and was getting treated by a brother or an uncle in a clown suit.

"Ok. Mat-Mat, Atticus?"

Allen asked looking at them.

"I'm good." Atticus said nodding.

"Same here." Mat-Mat said smiling.

"Okay. One mint chocolate chip please." Allen asked the man at the counter. The man nodded his head and handed a mint chocolate chip ice cream. He then payed the man and gave the ice cream to Kari. "Here, you go."

"Ice cweam!"

Johnna said taking it before Kari took over her body again and started licking her ice cream happily and also somehow managed to start getting ice cream all around her mouth.

Atticus and Mat-Mat fought their urge to laugh, but Allen's was just too weak. He started laughing at Kari, and got her a napkin to wipe her face.

"Here, before you get all over you." he said handing it to her.

"I can't help the fact that I'm a messy eater even I try not to be."

Kari defended pouting as she wiped her mouth.

"It's fine. Anyway, once we get back to the Whammy house, can I please get out of this costume. I overheard the man I got the ice cream from, and he is laughing his head off."

Allen mumbled.

"Sure you can,you treated so your off the hook now."

Kari said with a simple shrug as she threw the cone out in a nearby garbage can and asked Atticus fairly concerned since she was heavier than she looked

"I'm not to heavy right?"

"You're not heavy at all."

Atticus said smiling warmly.

Can you tell me when those to started going out? Mat-Mat asked Allen.

I think it was when you were in the hospital. Either way, it is sort of creepy, right? Allen said shrugging.

You said that even though you know she can hear us?

"Allen,I suggest you run away before I go get Mustang to torch you."

Kari hissed death ninja death glaring him,but smiling at Atticus sweetly

"And miss out on your reaction? Nah, I'll be fine. I've had worse."

Allen said smiling before a lightning bolt came down and struck him.

"Be nice."

Mat-Mat said sternly at Allen.

"Thank you Maddie."

Kari mumbled blushing beet red and hiding her face into Atticus' shoulder,not what you would think of a reaction from Kari:embarrassment.That was new.

"No problem, though the costume is sort of chared."

Mat-Mat said staring at Allen, who was smoking.

Don't feel embarrassed. It's ok. Don't let the little wolf-boy get to you.

Atticus reassured her.

"Hey, I can hear you. DON'T CALL ME WOLF-BOY!!!!"

"Don't call Kari kitty-lady." Atticus said sternly.

"Stupid blush reflex."

Kari whined as her face only got redder,but giggled at the smoking Allen.

It's pretty though.

Atticus said grinning.

"Hey, don't laugh at me, it's not that funny!"

Allen said frowning.

"I can make it better." Mat-Mat said as she created a small rain storm over Allen. "And this is better, how?" Allen asked looking at her. "I'm not finished." Mat-Mat said as she kissed him on the cheek. "Better?" "Much better."

"It is not pretty!It makes me look like I have I have a sun burn!"

Kari mumbled pouting,it was true since her skin tone was practically colorless so when she blushed it all went red like a lobster and then she giggled at Mat-Mat's antics with her tail wagging

"You're too modest about yourself. It really makes you look pretty."

Atticus said giggling.

"Hey Kari, I've got a question. How does someone like yourself end up with a kind of guy like Atticus, even though he tried to kill your friends?"

Allen asked smiling before the small storm over his head struck him with hail and lightning.

"What did I just get through saying?"

Mat-Mat said sighing.

Kari blinked and said with a simple shrug at the now stormed over Allen not too bothered about the question

"Opposites attract.Sides,Attics needs me and I need him so it just sort of happened.....And it's hard to resist that much endearment."

"It is sort of weird in a way though. And could you please stop the storm?"

Allen said/asked nicely Mat-Mat.

"Sure, just don't do anything that you're going to regret."

Mat-Mat said as the rain, hail, and lightning stopped over his head.

"Oi, Mat-Mat, one more question: When are you going to give Kari that sheet music that you were writing at the hospital?"

"....I have no idea what you're talking about." Mat-Mat said blushing.

"Sheet music?I WANNA SEE!"

Kari said/yelled hyper chibi now

"And you're the one who's getting on to me for being a liar? Just let her see the sheet music."

Allen said smiling.

"Allen, honestly, I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't know any sheet music that I wrote based on Kari."

Mat-Mat said blushed.

"Funny, I didn't say it was about Kari."

"....Damn you Allen."

"C'mon pleaaaaaaaaaaaase tell me!"

Kari begged giving the LOOK again to her

"It's sort of, well, sad in a way."

Mat-Mat said rubbing her arm, embarrassed.

"But it still is pretty, and it matches Kari's situation perfectly. You said so yourself."

Allen said begging her.

"But I don't think she'll like it." Mat-Mat assured him.

"I don't care!TELLLLLLL MEEEEEEEEEEEEE~!"

Kari begged as well trying not to laugh

"Please, let her see it."

Allen said as he transformed into his puppy form, which always made Mat-Mat do anything he wanted her to do.

"....Fine, you little puppy. She can see the sheet music."

Mat-Mat said sighing. She then reached into her pocket and grabbed the many folded paper, handing it to Kari. The title of the piece was Cancer.

Kari looked at it with well not exactly shocked but surprise and asked in a simple tone not taking her eyes off of the paper

"Any lyrics?"
