"Wait...I think I know why they're missing. Kari, what did Allen come down here in the first place besides a visit?"

Maddie said groaning. "If the case, Kido, you better get Allen before we have another ghost in this house."

"Eh?What else was it?"

Kari asked blinking clearly having forgotten whatever it was,but she didn't like the sound of it

"...What did you see on the roof that nearly made him want to kill you?"

Maddie asked sighing.

Um....Madison... Kido said with his ears flat on their head.

"What's wrong?"

Those two...are on the roof...and you're not regulating the thunderstorms around here.

"....Oh."

Kari said blinking before yelling running outside and jumping from tree branch to tree branch to get to the roof angry/annoyed chibi at Allen

"ALLEN FREAKIN WALKER!DON'T YOU DARE KILL YOUR OLDER BROTHER!I DON'T NEED MORE GHOSTS!"

There was no one on the roof. It was just a empty roof with a few prints that showed that people were on there not too long ago. Allen and Alphonse were nowhere to be seen. A shower then started to drizzle on Kari.

"Hey, are they there?"

Maddie asked from the door way.

"....No.But footprints are."

Kari mumbled cursing the rain since she couldn't track their scents' now

"Hold on, let me help."

Maddie said clapping her hands and pressing her hands up to the sky. Lightning bolts came shooting out and shot up to the sky. After a little lightning from her hands, the storm subsided with a few clouds. "That should help."

I'll track them by spirit pressure.

Kido said coming out and running around the lawn.

Kari nodding in thanks to Maddie before getting on her hands and knee's sniffing their foot prints and following their scents' all around the roof/yard while Sephiria sweat dropped and mumbled sipping her tea chuckling

"She's more like a dog then a cat." "I HEARD THAT!"

Kido said as he went off running out towards Central.

"Coming!"

Maddie said as she decided to float her way instead of walking.

"C'mon Atty!Sephiria Janus!If you had something important it'd be nice to have it now!"

Kari yelled and Sephiria chuckled and threw a brief case at her yelling with a wave before she started dragging the Ko Janus away while Kari grinned her evil/maniacal grin knowing what was inside the brief case

"We got these from Sven for you!Use 'em well!"

The trail is strong in this part of Central. We must be near them.

Kido said walking down a long street.

"As long as they're not doing anything stupid, I'm fine."

Maddie said running along with him.

Kari sweat dropped and just kept running grinning to the point where the few people who managed to see her pass thought she was insane as she said happily not caring,as she usually would complain about,how heavy the brief case was

"Yes!Some new ones!I needed them since I used the last of them the other day!"

"Um...Kari, can I ask?"

Maddie said staring at the brief case with wonder. She didn't pay attention much while turning around talking to her, so she accidently ran into someone and fell backwards on her back.

"OWW!!! Sorry, about that....ALLEN?!" she apologized as she saw Allen in front of her with a hand extended to her.

"You ok?" Allen said blinking.

"...Smooth Maddie.And their new specialized made only for me bullets that only Svenny baby can make!"

Kari said chirply and somewhere far off Sven suddenly felt the need to strangle somebody,and sneezed.

"We got worried about you. Where did you go?"

Maddie asked getting up with Allen's help.

"He tempted me, so of course I was going to follow him."

Allen mumbled mad.

"Eh? Start from the beginning."

"Well...oh, hey Kitty-Lady. What's with the brief case?"

"...I just explained the fact that their new bullets for me."

Kari said sweat dropping opening up the brief case showing off the different colored and differently shaped bullets,then normal,with sticky notes saying for each I dunno 20000000 of each

'Burning ones that make 'em cry' 'Burst Bullets' 'Normal bullets that're just stronger'

"Oh, that's interesting."

Allen said sarcastically rolling his eyes. "Why would need those kind of bullets?"

"To have fun with you and her job."

Maddie said smiling. "Now, you were saying."

"Oh, well, he was getting something framed, and he asked me to come along with him. We went to the roof for a minute, and I asked what it was...and he showed me the picture of me. I chased him, he broke away from me, and I'm looking for him now. Do any of you know where he might be?"

"....The picture frame shop?"

Kari asked sweat dropping stating the most obvious place

"Gee, did you come up with that one all on your own?"

Allen asked coldly. "He wasn't there, and I waited for him for a while."

"Well...ever consider that you're faster than him? You should have waited longer than a few seconds."

Maddie said sighing.

Isn't that him right there?

Kido said pointing to someone that looked like him walking with a package in his hands.

"....More than likely."

Kari said sweat dropping before shrugging and said slinging her brief case over her shoulder and started walkin back to Whammy's not wanting to get mixed into it while whistling

"Well,if you two are gonna get all West Side Story on me then I'm gonna go."

"Fine, we've got to go and wait for about three weeks now anyway. We used up too much of our time. See you later."

Allen and Maddie said as they faded away.

...can I stay for a little longer?

Kido asked with giant puppy dog eyes.

Kari sweat dropped and hugged the two one last time before they faded and said leaning down to Kido's level,ignoring the looks she was getting,with a big smile hugging him gently

"Your free to stay as long as you like and can.The door's always open.I'll even add a doggie door."

Kido barked licking Kari's face. The doggy door won't be needed though. I can always just faded into your house.

"Aw but that's no fun!"

Kari teased giggling at the licking,it tickled,before picking up Kiddo and cradled him,as if he was a baby,with one arm and her brief case with the other and started walking/running back to Whammy's

I know, but it's really not necessary.

Kido said relaxing in her arm. I don't know if it's true or not, but I've been told that ghosts never get tired. If that's so, why do I feel sleepy all of a sudden?

"Because *yawn* I have an odd gift to make people and things sleepy from my obvious lack of sleep.And usually when your being held you get sleepy easier."

Kari said tiredly as well,having ran around a lot,while coming in the house calling cheerfully putting her briefcase down on the table

"Atty!Kiddo's stayin' here with us!"

"Really? What happened to Allen and Madison?"

Atticus asked blinking and smiling.

They left while looking for Alphonse. Anyway, I'll probably have to leave in the morning. If I do, I'll be able to come back and forth when ever I want to.

Kido said jumping out of Kari's arms.

Kari nodded yawning and said sleepily while motioning for Atticus to pick her up and carry her after making a small wicker basket for Kiddo to 'sleep' in looking like a tired toddler

"Night night Kiddo.I gotta get some sleep or I won't get outta bed even with coffee."

"Heheh, I got you. Time for bed."

Atticus said picking up Kari and taking her upstairs. "Night Kido."

Good night Kari and Atty. Don't let the bed bugs bite.

Kido said smiling as he laid down in the wicker basket. He stayed until both of them were upstairs far enough for him not to see him. He then got up and started to walk around. The main thing that kept getting his attention was his memorial. The dang thing always made him tuck his tail between his legs and flatten his ears to his head.

Kari groaned sleepily,unable to sleep with the added noise of Kiddo pacing,and she grabbed her slippers again and managed to get downstairs without cracking her head open and grumbled sleepily putting the picture down and blowing out the candle and putting a blanket over it for him

"I can't sleep as it is Kiddo,with you pacing it's impossible.If something bothers you tell me."

((I'M ALIVE AGAAAAAAAAAAAIN~! T.T was camping for the weekend and then the internet/TV cable box was going on the berserks))

Kido said blinking as we went back to the wicker basket and laid down.

"It's *yawn* fiiiiiiiiiiine,I just need some sleep ya know?"

Kari said sleepily waving good bye before crawling up the stairs again,and in her half asleep daze she somehow managed crawling into Atticus' bed instead of hers.Oh dear was this going to be a hectic morning.

((...how is Atticus going to react?! XDDDDDD))

Kido said before Kari went up to bed. After about thirty minutes, he decided to just check on her real quick before left for the night. He went up to her room...no Kari. He checked all the rooms...and eventually found them in Atticus' room.

Um....sorry to disturb. Bye.

Meanwhile, Atticus hadn't noticed a thing. XD

Kari didn't seem to notice since she went back to drooling on Atticus and mumbling in her sleep while clinging to him

~The next morning~

Kari yawned sleepily and started rubbing her eyes,still not noticing who's bed she was in.Which wasn't hers.

Atticus started to wake up a little before Kari, but he didn't notice her until after a few minutes. He blinked for a few minutes, smiled, kissed her on the head before saying, "Good morning, Kari."

"Huhhhh Wazzat?Wait.HOW THE HECK DID I END UP HERE!?"

Kari moaned/yelled confused chibi rolling off the bed in surprise,with a thump and a groan,with swirly eyes.Nothing was ever boring in the Whammy House that's for sure.

"You tell me. One minute I'm taking you to bed, then I'm asleep, and then the next I'm awake with my girlfriend in my bed."

Atticus said cocking his head. "You ok?"

"I'll be fine...And I musta crawled in here in the middle of the night."

Kari mumbled with swirly eyes with it vaguely coming back and she said sweat dropping getting up and crawling back in with him

"Must of came into your bed instead of mine when I went to go tell Kiddo to stop pacing and go to sleep."

"Well, I sort of heard him last night in my room coming around later in the night, but it must have been when I was already asleep and when you probably were already in the bed."

Atticus said shrugging his shoulders and smiling. "...I have a slight feeling that Kido probably told Allen and Maddie and there's probably a picture next time they come back."

".......I will kill them again one day.One day I shall resurrect them and kill them myself~!"

Kari moaned/vowed dramatically while hugging him and burying her face into his chest and mumbled bemused while yawning cutely

"Brightside is I got a good night's sleep for once."

"Maybe Kido will come down today and tell us."

Atticus said ruffling her hair. "I'm glad that you got a good night's sleep while in the bed with me."

"Mhmm me too."

Kari mumbled sleepily with her ears perking and she added chuckling softly and hugging him tighter "Your heart beat blocks out all the other noise around is why."

"Odd, I figured it would keep you from getting any sleep. My heart may beat slower at night, but it does pretty hard. Oh well..."

Atticus said rubbing the back of his head confused, then smiling warmly and hugging her tighter too.

"It does beat slow but it beats loud awake or sleeping."

Kari mumbled sweat dropping as her 'The evil people are going to ruin this moment' radar went off

((Just wait for it....wait for it...))

"Well...it's been known to slow to a deathly crawl before. However, that was when I supposedly had no heart."

Atticus said sighing. He looked up later and noticed something was looking through the crack of the door. "If you're going to show yourself, do it now."

"And if you don't then you'll have bullets in your head before you can say 'Oh dear'."

Kari added crankily already having Hades loaded and pointing at the crack of the door,a shot only her and a handful of other people could probably make,while saying to Atticus via telepathy about his first comment

It was pretty slow,but now you got a big happy heart!I can tell.

It's just me, nothing to worry about.

Kido said as he stayed outside the door though. I just wanted to say you were right...they have a picture.

"....Only those two would be evil enough to ruin every moment."

Kari mumbled depressed chibi in an emo corner trying to figure out how to destroy the latest embarrassing picture.

Madison wasn't involved though. It was only Allen. She hadn't the faintest idea of what he was doing. She was busy last night keeping the bad weather away from your house.

Kido said pointing outside showing that a little rain had come in the yard, while the rest of the town was covered with debris from a severe thunderstorm.

"...Alright.Allen'll be the dead man walking,no pun intended."

Kari said evil scary chibi before saying to Atticus glomping him happily "No need to say thank you!"
