Kari quite literally lunged and pounced at the hunter nearly biting his arm off,making the gun hand now useless.

Kaoru let out a shriek as she was pulled back. "But I gotta help!"

"Great job." Kakashi said, leaping behind the hunter, and jumping at him from behind, aiming at his neck.

"All in a night's work."

Kari spat from the guy's arm,hanging on to it even when he tried shaking her off

"Get out of her all of you!! If the Hunters find out there are more preys in here, they'll send more people" She said, it was kind of ironic, cause there were a lot of hunters after just 2 vampires. Alexander looked at his wound and clinched his teeths trying to ignore the burning pain.

(Yosh, no prob =P.)

Kaoru scowled at Kari and Kakashi, then looked at Alexander. "You should get to safety, then pour some vinegar over that; it'll neutralize the burning... Wait, you know what, follow me!" she murmured, a small little smile on her face, then lead them off elsewhere.

Kakashi missed the hunter's neck and got him in the shoulder, doing his best to rip his arm clean off.

"C'mon Kakashi,he's good as dead as it is.Plus as the Victoria girl over there yelled we should get out of here."

Kari said to him her teeth all bloodied and splatters of blood all over her used to be clean coat.

"You got it." He said, jumping away from the man and joining Kari. "Great, now I'm all covered in blood. Thanks a lot." His thoughts directed at the hunter.

Both Victoria and Alexander looked at eachother and then nooded "Ok let's go" He said as both of them followed Kaoru. But not before trowing a sort of smoke bomb that left the hunters unable to followed them or even see them.

Kaoru swished her tail and covered her nose, then lead them past an alley, over a fence, and halfway across town where she struggled to open a rusted up cellar door.

Kari growled the same thing to the hunter and grabbed her jacket as they ran and transforming back into a human within seconds,her clothes all ripped up from her getting larger and furrier hence her taking it off,and zipping it back up,it was so large that it went down to her knee's so it was clearly for this purpose and she was trying to ignore the splatters of red in her hair and on her face and on her usually white teeth as she said going in the rusty door

"Where are we?"

"Dont know" Victoria mumbled as she looked at the rusted cellar door, Alexander looked around "Well we lost them" He said "Yeah but sadly now they know we are here and they'll send more hunters" She muttered.

Kaoru smiled sheepishly and resumed her struggle to open the door. "Ah, my humble abode. At least, it has been since yesterday..." she got an anger mark and screamed as she still couldn't open it. "Damn! I haven't been able to open this thing at all!" she looked at everyone with a sad expression. "Um, if any of you could help..."

"Well,then I guess we'll have to run out of town.Again."

Kari said now taking a packet of wetnaps out of her pocket and wiping the blood off her face and mumbled sweat dropping

"I really need some mouth wash........"

"I don't carry any of that on me." Kakashi said. "Though I have breath mints!" He handed Kari one.

Alexander then just "softly" pushed the door (Super vampire streght!! XD) and the door opened "There you go" He mumbled and went back to look at his bloody shoulder.
Victoria looked around once again before entering.

"It's better than nothing."

Kari said popping the breath mint into her mouth and said to Alexander trying not to wrinkle her nose up

"I can fix that for you if you want."

Kaoru stared in awe, then blushed in shame. "I'm sorry, but it's probably all dusty and gross in there... it's probably not sanitary at all." then she smiled. "Thanks for helping me open the door though! I'm not strong enough to do much anyway." she said and stalked into the cellar.

"I could try too, though medical stuff isn't really my forte..." Kakashi offered. "What do we do now?" He asked.

Alexander just gave Kaoru a "No prob" nod. He then looked at Kari "Thanks but no thanks. It'll start healing soon" He mumbled trying to be polite "Dont be so sure" Victoria said, she then showed him a bullet scratch she had in her arm, the bullet flyed inches away from her arm and just scratched it but the wound wasnt healing yet "Those bullets, they are new" She mumbled "And you still have the bullet inside" She added. /Yay super healing vampire power!! XD/

Kaoru blinked and glanced at Kakashi. "Well, we lay low for a while, then we go out and see if we could find some food." she suggested. "If we see the hunters again, we can just high-tail it out of here like there's no tomorrow."

Then she looked over at the vampires. "We could always use alcohol and bandages." she muttered gravely.

Kari said bluntly to Alexander pulling up to her full 4"11 height "Sit in a chair so I can fix you to the point where when we go to a hospital your not half dead."

"Great. Natsu-chan will be mad that I'm not home on time. Oh well, she's a capable girl." Kakashi said. "Anyway, I'm game for whatever."

Alexander had a "I'm alredy dead" expreccion in his face, he then shighed in defeat and sat down. Victoria just leaned against a nearby wall and tried to come up whit a good plan *They found us. That means we gotta get out of here, before the other hunters appear* She thought.

(Whoa, guys, I think we should stop the rp at this point O.o there are more people participating and we already took up five pages make that six pages now.)

Kari rolled her eyes and made him take off his shirt and dug through her backpack and brought out a fairly large first aid kit and took out a pair of tweezer's and said sweat dropping before going after the bullet in his shoulder with them

"This will most likely hurt."

(I agree, we should stop for now. Lol, usually I'm the one that's behind. And I most likely will be by tomorrow...)

"Well I will most likely dont care" He mumbled bluntly. "So what now?" He asked "Well thinking like a hunter I would say they alredy blocked all the entries and exits of the town, so we are trapped" She said "But I'll be easy to find a way out, we have been trough worst"

A lone lamp lighted the dim street an apartment block away from the location of the group, there was movement at the edges of the lighted area and a pair of glowing eyes emerged once more. Incidentally two men came running down the street, bearing guns and weapons in order to hunt down any dirty beast they deemed worth killing. A constant sound of scratching broke out as, if someone had drawn metal against a hard surface.

The duo, alerted, halted at the very edge of the lighted area and prepared to fight. Out of the shadows at the opposite end of the lighted area appeared Khaen, who advanced at them with slow steps and did not utter a word. The hunters pointed their guns at him, but could not swear, that the man was a being of supernatural nature.

Or well...

Not until the shadows lurking behind Khaen began to crawl their way steadily behind him and suddenly reached out at the men. The gun`s blazed a barrage at Khaen as the shadow suddenly engulfed him and two hunters were left with empty guns before the darkness. Uncertain whether they had actually killed the assailant, the two began to circle around as the darkness remained still. The one moving to the right suddenly heard a scream and jolted straight into the darkness, wielding a machete and thrusting it wildly forward. To his surprise, and misfortune, the blade sunk into something, but remained stuck along with his arm.

Slowly he began to feel as, if a small hand, no, two small hands began to crawl along his arm. Then he felt yet another until it felt as, if a myriad of small arms crept along his arm making his skin crawl. He amounted to a scream as they finally, despite all his struggling, reached his shoulder and neck before wrapping around them. Then the darkness dissipated for the most part and revealed Khaen along the other hunter. The other hunter was sitting against the lamp pole, bleeding grievously from a large wound piercing his chest and attempting to desperately grasp to his life as it flowed into a pool of crimson beneath him. Khaen remained quiet, but moved his raise his right hand, covered in blood, up higher and licked some of the blood caught by his glove.

His shadow however had wrapped into a thin line until growing into a bundle of small arms, that occupied the second hunter. Finally Khaen gazed at the second hunter with inhuman, glowing dimly glowing eyes.

"Mongrels the lot of you, going against your betters with those..."

A flash of light pierced his arm making him grin and move aside, but as soon as the wound had emerged the shadows began to close it in albeit it appeared to have caused Khaen some discomfort. Staring at the gun loaded with light bullets in the man`s free hand, Khaen smirked slight, amused and annoyed. The shadows moved to disarm the man quickly before binding the man to the ground by his right arm.

"... Toys?"

He uttered before starting to strangle the man, lightly, but before that he began to slowly break every bone in his hand, starting from the fingers towards the shoulder. At first the man attempted to remain courageous until the bones near his elbow were all broken, he screamed in agony and would continue to scream as long as the bones continued cracking. Khaen flashed a wild and sadistic grin.

"Quite rude I must say.... to fire at an `unarmed` person all of the sudden... oh well, if there`s one thing you humans are good at it`s bad manners..."

He contemplated in a quirky manner before snapping the man`s neck and beginning to draw the shadows back to himself, slowly. He gazed at the bodies quietly with a dreamy face.

"Seems like this night won`t be one of harmony..."

He muttered quietly, standing still and pondering whether he should escape the town or perhaps try to meet up with the one from before.

Kari's naturally pointed ears wiggled as she had finished bandaging Alexander's shoulder and she went to the bathroom and got changed into un-ripped clothing and said crawling out the rusty door without making a sound

"I'll take the first shift of look out,you hear any howls or men screaming,then I'm kicking some people's butts."

And then she hopped out the door happy to get into fresh air again,it was nearly the full moon so she naturally got more energetic and fight picky around now.Then she noticed the dead bodies and Khaen and she said raising her eye brows some

"I guess I owe you,you saved me the trouble of having to transform again and get my teeth even more dirty."

Khaen raised his head, gazing at Kari quietly with a somewhat blank expression.

"Hmh? Oh it`s you again...."

He simply stated and gazed at the bloodshed around him.

"This?.... It was nothing, just some hunters of some sort I`d guess, not too many guards wear these kind of outfits or carry light bullets... However I was not under the impression, that I was being hunted for that matter lest there are other`s like me in town, fragile to the light that is...."

He said pondering whether the werewolf was one he wished to associate with, after all one might consider them just `another breed` of humans with the blood sullied by that of a wolf. Or was it the other way around? Either way, they were neither human nor wolf, caught in a damned existence of sorts.

"Would you possible the cause for these hunters to have become so riled up? tough I´d imagine they should have been carrying silver bullets in your case, no?"

He inquired as what she knew of the hunters.

"Not me,I got caught up in a fight with them and some bloodsuckers.The only problems that I caused was the angry mob earlier but they probably left to go to bed."

Kari told him truthfully sighing lightly as she ran her fingers through her jet black/gray hair she knew she shouldn't had gotten mixed up with the vampire's but her stupid actually human feelings got in the way.It was quite the issue to want to kill them but at the same time not want to kill the vampire's,it always got on her last nerve and she mumbled looking at the hunter's

"They have new bullets too,and the vampire's cant regenerate as fast because of them,and now they're gonna start bringing in silver.Great."

"Sounds like a real grand party they are planning to set up there... and to think what they have to gain?....a werewolf, vampires and a demon..."

Khaen stated before morphing into a shadowy form and approaching Kari, silently, but stopping some feet away from her.

"Sounds like one could revel in a lot of blood here, if they wanted, but I am guessing you are not keen on the whole `escape a deathtrap` scenario?"

"Actually,some fun would be wanted.I've been stuck running from town to town for food but running from a death trap would be more interesting."

Kari said trying to resist poking him,she was definitely a curious little wolf

"Please, no need to insult me with the childish acting..."

He snapped at her, waving his hand in a corporeal form and hitting her hand aside. However despite the brief moment of anger, he continued the discussion as, if nothing had happened just a moment ago. It came to him, that by aiding her he might be able to fetch her allegiance and set up a far more interesting incident somewhere else, albeit he was not certain whether his plan or offer would work.

"Well in any case, I should not consider myself to be in any part involved in this lovely bloodbath, that it certainly should prove out to be, but then again.... I could easily help you remain undetected and flee town without having to withstand a barrage of bullets, interested?"

He inquired as, if waving a piece of meat in front of a hungry dog all tough he was not sure whether she was going to take it at all.

Kaoru crouched in the shadows, looking at Khaen and Kari conversing. She'd actually been watching for a while, but decided that this time it'd be safer to stay out of the conversation, rather than butting in like she usually tended to do. This guy gives me a really weird feeling... like I'm nervous or something... if Kari's talking to him, though, I guess he's probably alright, but I'm not sure if that type of creature can be trusted. she couldn't help but swish her tail a bit, deep in thought.

"It really would be helpful,but how should I know that I can trust you Mr.Shadow?"

Kari said/asked being cautious though fairly interested.And had learned not to even try to poke him since she was now rubbing her slightly red hand

"You can`t... isn`t that the beauty of life?"

Khaen stated blankly and seemed to have suddenly lost interested in aiding her in anyway, not to mention he did not even bother giving his name to replace, that irritant reference to his powers.

"Well fine I shall take my leave so that you and your merry friends can fight an army of bloodthirsty hunters."

"Hey hey hey! I didn't say I wasn't interested! It would be useful!I just didn't know if I could trust you or not,and the vampire's'll probably try to make a mince meat out of me if I did something stupid."

Kari said sheepishly

"Well why not introduce me to them? I am certain after having met me and having listened to my proposal, they will comply and it will not cost you anything."

Khaen continued, but stopped for a moment before turning to gaze into the darkness as he had come to sense something nearby. After all the darkness and shadows were his domain, he was born of them and existed within them. His eyes narrowed and he turned slightly.

"You know it`s quite rude to eavesdrop on us like that, lest you are a friend of hers, I am afraid I can`t have you dillydally about this to anyone...."

He said towards the direction of Karou, whose presence he had come aware of just now.

Kaoru let out a small 'eep' in surprise once she realized that he was talking to her, so she quickly stepped out of the shadows. "'Scuse me... I guess that was really rude..." she lowered her head a bit. "But I do believe I should know these things, since it is my home that they're using for shelter against those people, and if anyone else joins our little party I should also be able to know in advance." her tail swished as if it were agreeing with her.

Then she smiled softly. "By the way, my name's Kaoru, mister... sorry, I didn't quite pay attention to your own introduction." she admitted.

Khaen sweated dropped a bit, but remained seemingly calm and his face darkened slightly.

"I never told her my name."

He stated bluntly before tilting his hat forwards to cover his face as he took on a fully corporeal form, he gazed at Kaoru from the corner of his eyes and grinned slightly.

"In any case... if you are indeed willing to acquire my aid there remains a little obstacle.... quite... I won`t do it for free."

He said crossing his arms and with a frank face.

"I thought not,what do you want Mr.Shadow?"

Kari asked not knowing his name so simply nick naming him as she raised her eye brows

Kaoru blinked and, interested, decided to ask. "What would your price be, stranger-sama?" her tone of voice was flat, but she decided to add a small honorific at the end in a regular 'sucking-up' technique, most likely to see that if his price was high it would be lowered to something... affordable.

"I shall take your gratitude and a return of a favor when I happen to require one, nothing more, nothing less. I hardly think you have an earthly possessions, that I might crave thus your aid shall be enough..."

He stated somewhat thoughtfully as he pondered of all the fun he would be able to conjure up with the help of those two, conceited that they respected their promise like the dogs they were, if not he would simply take pleasure in punishing them.

"Agreed?"

He inquired, hoping for an acceptance.

"That sounds fair Mr.Shadow."

Kari agreed nodding

Kaoru gave small, sharp nod. "Agreed..." she murmured. Well, at least he didn't ask for the impossible. was her only thought, though she was otherwise quite relieved.

"The name is Khaen."

He said with a slightly edged tone all of the sudden, he had grown tired of being referred to as `Mr.Shadow` and thus promptly decided to correct the annoying babble of the werewolf. eook a brief moment to sight and tilted his hat back upwards, revealing his face and turning to Kari with whom he had began the conversation.

"Quite... now can I meet these vampires you spoke of earlier?"

He inquired.

"Sure,Khaen-san."

Kari said and walked past the dead bodies to the door and opened it saying politely as she let him in first

"Right this way."
