Hrm, no NIN topic yet, well here goes:

Nine Inch Nails, an industrial rock band (that's been playing since 1988) has released their latest album in digital format...for free!

Trent Reznor and his gang have decided to offer several different DRM-free formats for us to choose from.

a small bit of trivia: Reznor composed the music and some of the sound effects for the Quake 1 videogame

Some of my favorite NIN songs: The Perfect Drug, Closer, and The Fragile

Any other NIN fans out there?

Considering how lone they've been around I'm very much a newcomer (past 2 weeks really) but the few songs I have listened to I have enjoyed.

Free download is like the bands giving new albums away free in Sunday newspapers
