WAH! I missed sooo many! Another excellent set!

"Forever Young"-- Now that song will always scare me. Thank goodness I don't hear it often.

"Fuu Hears a Who"-- Yeah, but they wouldn't call him crazy and lock him up.

"Happiness is a warm gun"--...and a dead homunculus. And Mustang as Fuhrer. And a "happily ever after" in general.

"With time, the world will be mine"-- He already creeps me out enough! Now I'm going to think that that might actually happen! Oh wait... wrong guy. But still...!

"What little boys are made of"-- Ah, but what are little homunculi made of?

"Me Tarzan You Jane"-- This one just made me laugh.

All the "Home" ones-- AW! I always think of the song "My Grown Up Christmas List" when I see stuff like that. Not "I'll Be Home For Christmas", but the aforementioned song. I think my mind makes the connection too quickly for me to process it.

"Can't Touch This" and "EH?" - I just love that "EH?" came right after. It made me smile. (Same with "You can run, but you can't hide" and "gulp". It just worked out that way, huh?)

I don't think I would turn out so many icons if I didn't have bouts of insomnia, so making icons is just something I do when I can't write and or fall asleep... and sometimes when I'm procrastinating. Most of those last few batches were made over the span of a week, and I feel odd posting when I only have a handful, so I always wait until I've got at least ten. Then, sometimes I'm anxious to put out ones I really like, so I have to make more so that I won't feel weird only posting those ones.

Oddly, I know a lot of people who throw shoes/slippers/footwear when they're angry. I didn't notice it until I was reading a book a couple years back and the main character threw her shoe when she got mad...but it seems to be a not so odd behavior.

Over at fmadesignawards on livejournal, the theme for this past weeks icontest was to use the lyrics, so these are all icons I was inspired to make by that challenge. The three that I entered will be posted with my next batch of icons.

Wow! I just can't get over how alike Ed and Hohenheim look, even when Ed was a very little kid! (It's the shape of the eyes, mostly, but just the whole look. Al looks more like his mommy.)

Aaaaanyway:

"Just a flesh wound"--Yeah. Right.

"Slave no more"--Yay! Hohenheim is one of my favorite characters.

"Home is where the people you love live"--AWWWWWWWW! It has the potential to be corny, but here, it's just cute.

"Lust for Life"--All I have to say about this one is: "Yep." (Don't worry--it's a good thing!)

"Clueless"--I love that part of the opening! (Well, I like most of it, actually.)

"I want it all"--I just remember that scene from the manga. It surprised me, Viz actually almost dropping an f-bomb.

"1, 2, Envy's coming for you"--Love the icon. I just REALLY don't like Envy.

"So long"--Noooooo! Maes!

Maes... The envy one is great , too! 1, 2, Envy's coming for you. Love the Maria and Denny one, too. I loved that part of the opening because they are hardly ever in the credit sequences. Greed was always a favorite of mine, too.
