^Everyone knows Yu-Gi-Oh GX. They play(ed) it on TV all the time, there are commercials for it everywhere, and the bad art style is easily recognizable.

You're right, they did play it all the time on TV, but then a year later Naruto came in, and had to ruin everything. Same with everywhere else. Nobody really likes it, and they never play commercials for it anymore. And the art style is just like any other Anime art style. ^^
