Kari jumped down and said "Your a smart boy aren't you?Or did your grandfather tell you?I'm Kari and I'm well....a cat demon and were cat."

Kaido stared blankly for a while.

"That is so COOL!" shouted Kaido.

"a Cat demon and were-cat, that's amazing. Man, all I see everyday are normal people," said Kaido.

Kari sweat dropped and said "Usually people freak out....not say that I'm cool." and Kari thought for a minute and said "Want to see something REALLY cool?"

"Yeah!" shouted Kaido. He couldn't wait.

"could i possibly stay at your's kaido, i usually sleep under a tree but thier all occupied by kari drawing! ha ha ha! good old kari!" said jonny

Kari smirked and took her bandanna and jacket off and showed off her ears and tail and said "Ta dah!"

"yeah sure! Just wait a second!" said Kaido

Kari's ears twitched and she grabbed a chocolate bar out of her bag and started eating it.

"WOW! You've even got the ears and the tail. What's it like having a tail like that?" asked Kaido.

He was so curious, this was amazing, a cat demon, in the countryside.

"Having awesome balance is about it for a tail."Kari said and made her tail feed her chocolate.

"Wow, I bet you've got great hearing with those cat ears too, huh?" said Kaido.

This person to Kaido was too amazing for words.

"Yep.I can hear thoughts as well."Kari said smiling slightly it was the first time that anyone thought it was cool to be her.

"are you sure there is not a law against that kari?" said jonny, looking bewildered!

"How can it be against the law when I don't even try.My ears do it on their own."Kari said continuing to eat chocolate.

"So do you guys, want to stay in my place, it is getting dark out," said Kaido.

"Sure."Kari said smiling and grabbed her bag,drawing book,and her guitar.

"sure, cheers kaido, your a mate, but you need... CHEESE FOR ME!" said jonny

"Cheese?"Kari asked raising an eyebrow but continued to eat her chocolate bar contently.

A sweat drop went down Kaido's forehead.

" I hink we do have cheese," said Kaido

"So let's go, we should have enough space," said Kaido.

He started walking torwards his house.

Meanwhile inside, Grandfather was worried.

*I shouldn't worry, the anti-non-human law is a load of rubbish anyway*

"Yes, chesse kari, you have it kaido? c'mon, DISCO BREAKDOWN!" (puts classical music on and dances like mad), "that's better, cheers kaido and grandfather eiki!" said jonny.

Kari started walking and said while sweat dropping "Hey Kaido-san did your grandfather tell you that we aren't exactly human at least I'm not?"

"Well, he sensed your energy, I can do it but I'm not too good," said Kaido.

"But don't worry, he's really tolerant, and doesn't follow rules," Kaido added.

He entered the house,

"Hey Gramps, got some guests!" Shouted Kaido.

Grandfather Eiki was right in front of Kaido, he threw Kaido over his shoulder.

"You should be more quiet, and consult me before we have guests... welcome, excuse my Grandson," said Grandfather.

There was a moan from Kaido on the floor.

"It's alright.I'm Kari Neko."Kari said smiling

"Excellent, allow me to take you two to your rooms, follow me," Grandfather Eiki walked down.

"This will be Kari's room, and if Jonny, your room is just next to it, Kaido, you should go to bed. The tournament is actually tomorrow."

"Thanks you for letting me stay here sir."Kari said bowing slightly and put all her stuff in the room and started playing her guitar and singing Animal I have Become-3 Days Grace.

"Well, night you guys" said Kaido.

When it got late, he got out of bed and went to the picture of his parents and started praying.

Kari just stared out the window looking at the almost full moon and sighed."I'm going to be having issues soon."Kari muttered to herself

"Mum and Dad, please give me the strength to do really well in the tournament."

"night kaido and thanks for letting me stay here, good luck tomorrow!" said jonny, "thank you sir eiki as well! thanks you for my room!" and he walked into kari room, "so, you like drawing and you are a cat demon kari? just asking so i get to know you as a freind! before i sleep!" said jonny

He wanted to make his grandfather proud, make the village proud.

"Yeah and I play guitar and sing."Kari said still staring at the moon

"can you play a song on the guitar kari?" asked jonny

"I was just a few minutes ago.That was me singing Animal I have become."Kari said staring intently at the moon

Kaido, couldn't sleep, he needed more training, he silently climbed out the window, and ran to the barn, when he got their he commenced, practicing his punching and kicking techniques.

"so it was you i heard, your good at the guitar!" said jonnny

Kari smiled and said "Your the first to hear me play."

"your brilliant! all the citizens of earth should hear you play kari, your that good!" said jonny making a compilment for kari

Kari smiled wider and said "That's the first time I've been complimented on anything..."

"trust me, if you play around the world with your guitar, you will get millions more!" said jonny but then he looked out the window, "kari, what is kaido doing? he is training outside!" said jonny looking suprised

Kari sighed and said "Johnny tomorrow I'm going to be out all night."

"yes , i'm sure of it, several non-humans" knox was saying to a guard commander.
"three elvens and a mongrel" he continued. "you got that?"

"yep" said the guard commander "so, we're not to touch them until you say?"

"thats correct, so watch out for them."

"well, shouldn't we tell lord howitzer?"

"theres no need to bother his highness with this petty matter. its just the rounding up of un-pures." said knox, and with that he was gone again into the pitch darkness.

"where kari?" said jonny

"It's the full moon tomorrow I'll be in my were-cat form."Kari said quietly

"full moon tomorrow, god! i am really not up to date! well were-cat form eh? i suppose you are a cat demon, i will be at the tournement tomorrow but i'll try and see it from up here! anyway, i will sleep now, very nice meeting you kari, and remember, guitar is your gift! goodnight!" said jonny as he walked into his own room, "bye kari" he said.

"Night Johnny-san."Kari said smiling and plopped on her bed and started to sleep.

Kaido woke up the next day, and realised while training he had fallen asleep. He saw his Grandfather,

"YOU DISOBEYED ME!" shouted Grandfather. He picked up Kaido by the legs and threw him through the house.

Kaido was in the corridor, his eyes spinning.

Kari's ears twitched and she got up and went down stairs and said "Do you want me to make breakfast?"

"That would be nice, dear," said Grandfather Eiki,

"Please, I haven't had a good meal for ages!" pleaded Kaido.

Grandfather kicked Kaido through a wall, Kaido was now outside,

"Come on, Grandfather, you're not the best cook around!"

"good old kari!" said jonny taking his head out of the newspaper, "good sleep sir. eiki? good sleep kari? good sleep kaido? i was fine but i sware i literally saw something hit a wall! damn eyesight!" said jonny

Kari smiled a sleepy smile and said "Least I can do for you two letting me stay here." and Kari went off into the kitchen and started making pancackes.
