Fate/stay-night
QUOTE(Anime News Network)
Shirou Emiya lost his parents in a fire when he was young and was later adopted by a sorceror by the name of Kiritsugu Emiya. Although he was full of admiration for his adopted father and yearns to become an ally of justice, Shirou has limited powers and was unable to become a strong sorceror like his father. That is until one fateful day, he was drawn into the Holy Grail War and had to summon a female "Servant" known as Saber in order to protect himself. It turns out that the Holy Grail War involves a series of battles among powerful sorcerors to fight for the possession of a relic that will grant one's wishes, the Holy Grail. There are altogether seven "Masters" who can summon their respective "Servants" from different classes known as Saber, Archer, Rider, Berserker, Lancer, Caster and Assasin. These "Servants" have to hide their names in order not to reveal their weaknesses to the enemies. The story revolves around Shirou and his entanglement in the Holy Grail War.

Mushishi
QUOTE(ANN)
They are neither plants nor animals. They differ from other forms of life such as the micro-organisms and the fungi. Instead they resemble the primeval body of life and are generally known as "Mushi". Their existence and appearance are unknown to many and only a limited number of humans are aware of them. Ginko is a "Mushi-shi" who travels around to investigate and find out more about the "Mushi". In the process, he also lends a helping hand to people who face problems with supernatural occurances which may be related to the "Mushi".

Yuuko tells Syaoran that he has to travel from one alternate reality to another to collect fragments of Sakura's memory. However, even if Sakura regains her memory, she will have no recollection of Syaoran. Travelling together with them is Kurogane, a warrior who was exiled from his country, and Fye, a magician who wants to escape from his King. With the help of a magical creature, Mokona, they set off on an exciting journey through time and space.

Ailuro
Aw, Kino no Tabi doesn't stand a chance with that kind of competition. x3
Nepharski
I'll vote after I've caught a few episodes of Fate/Stay Night.
Toby-Chan
Isn't Kino no Tabi way older? Well, not 'way' older, but, like, 2003/2004-ish older?
Ailuro
Oh, crap. You're right. xD

*deletes it from poll*

You may want to remove it from the main post as well. Darn election tampering.
mei_tenshi
Whoops. mei's fault for not double-checking~

Thanks for spotting that, Toby! =)
Nepharski
I think I'm going to go with Fate on this one.
Chiyo
