I know some countries (Italy, Germany, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Argentina, and others?) are missing from the list.

If your country is currently having, or had the TV broadcasting of Fullmetal Alchemist, please post (even if your country is already on the list) on this thread with the following info!!
1. Country,
2. in which language?? subbed/dubbed??
3. TV Station/Channel,
4. Program Title (what's it's called there??)
5. Is it currently still broadcasting first run episodes?? Or, if you can tell, tell us the dates it had the run.
6. Any re-runs/re-broadcasting/repeating the broadcasting of any episodes??

For example, me,
1. U.S.
2. The U.S. broadcasting of FMA anme was dubbed in English.
3. It was part of Cartoon Newtwork's Adult Swim line-up.
4. Fullmetal Alchemist
5. It finished the first time run. The premier was on 2004 Nov. 6, and the last episode aired on 2006 March 18.
6. Cartoon Network has been including repeat episodes of FMA in it's programming on and off. Currently FMA is CN's regular Adult Swim line up.

Thanks for adding info on FMA broadcasting in your country!! ^^

Animax Asia - Philippine Schedule (the Philippines and Korea have a different schedule from the other South East Asian countries)

First Run: May - July 2006
Language: English (Funimation dub)
Subtitles: No
Title: Fullmetal Alchemist
Reruns: I'll check the Animax website. I don't watch Animax anymore. But I remember them airing FMA at 9 pm during M-W-F schedules last month.

BTW, thank God for that first run. That's when I got hooked into FMA.

1. Brazil
2. Portuguese, dubbed
3. There are two: on cable TV (need to pay to watch) Animax; on open TV (it's free to watch), RedeTV!
4. Fullmetal Alchemist
5. The two have finished: Animax started in 2005, RedeTV! started at 2006 (sorry, I can't say when they finished)
6. I don't know about Animax (If you wish, I can search the details), but I do know RedeTV! was showing two episodes a day in the month of February, but I don't know if they have stopped with the end of the series or if they reprise it again (I am studying in that time, so I really don't know).

Altough there are somethings I don't know, though I will surely find out, this is all we have about Fullmetal Alchemist com o jeitinho brasileiro ;D

An update for Philippines FMA broadcasting...

Currently it is still airing...and it is currently running for the 4th time...
Vitor 3000
Some changes on the Brazilian broadcasting!

RedeTV! can't be seen in some regions, so not everyone watches FMA. Though it is broadcasted in the most important regions.
Fullmetal Alchemist is the name of the programa at ANIMAX, it's called TV Kids at RedeTV! (as said in the first post)
In the RedeTV!, the first broadcast was at 6/2/2006.
There were three rebroadcasting at RedeTV!, the first and the second were consecutives. The third one waited some months and began broadcasting again at January, 2007 (though I don't know if they have ended or began again).
Mind Alchemist
1 India
2 English Dubbed
3 Animax
4 Fullmetal Alchemist
5 Well Amol said May-June 2005 ... but i think it started somewhere in June-Sept 2006 ... maybe i'm mistaken will check animax website and tell.
6 Its still going on, animax likes to keep it running, but i aien't complaining.
Amol
Mind Alchemist , i think we should check up , and also check up how many times its been played , other than one of the catch up marathon !
Tombow
@Amol and Mind Alchemist - Thanks you guys, for the info!! Please check out for more info, and post it here!! I'll appreciate it!! ^^

Kenji
My country actually have reruns of FMA. The 'official' broadcasting day is on every Saturday, 6pm +8 GMT and they made reruns on every Thursday, 12.30am +8 GMT.

I guess this is my first post, so hello!
I was asked by Tombow to post if some TV channel in my country (Croatia) broadcasts FMA, well it DOESN'T! I don't know if there are plans to do so. I downloaded FMA from a great site (I don't know if I can post a link here so I just won't).
That's it. Bye!
Amethyst Sunset
Actually, FMA ran on two channels here in the Philippines. One in Filipino, one in English.

1. Philippines
2. Filipino dubbed, English dubbed
3. GMA-7, Animax
4. Fullmetal Alchemist, for both.
5. The Filipino dub is no longer being shown, I think the run ended somewhere in 2006. FMA is still running on Animax, and it started May 2006.
6. I'm not sure with GMA-7, but on Animax, FMA has run around three or four times already.
Tombow
Thank you everyone for posting the information on FMA TV broadcasting in your country!!
I am still updating the chart. Please keep more informations coming!! happy.gif

I don't like the german dub...

I would like to add that they had quiet difficulties to release FMA here on DVD. The realease-date of the first volume was delayed for 6 times and the date of the second volume was delayed for 4 times. The third volume was delayed for only one time. Well, the publishers are working on it, I guess. biggrin.gif
The third volume is the newest one at the moment. ^^
Tombow
Thanks, Kenni!! I see there is still no broadcasting of FMA on TV in Germany.. sad.gif
I'm hoping the sales of DVD will increase, and that will somehow lead to the broadcasting of FMA over there!! (We can dream.. ^^)
I haven't seen or heard German dub of FMA.. I wonder if it's more difficult to create the German dub than some other languages, and maybe that's why the volume release has been delayed?? (Just guessing!! ^^)
Anyway, I'm glad to hear that you are slowly but steadily getting the new volumes of FMA DVDs in your country!! Thank you for posting the information!! happy.gif

Hey Tombow. In Canada I think the re-runs from Monday to Thursday have ended but it's still on Fridays at 1:00. Can you confirm this?

Why did it have to happen though? It was half-way through the series and they just cancelled it. Any ideas?
