On topic side,
How to make my Photoshop support foreign language apart from English/alphabets??

Um, do you have your computer programmed so that other programs can support different languages? If not, then go to your Control Panel, go to your Language Options and have a fiddle there until you find something which asks if you want your programs to support foreign langauges.
Otherwise, you might just not have the language installed in your comp.

Hope that helped. smile.gif

Edit:
Mhmm, Tombow's got a more detailed outline so try it out. XD

Adding to baKa-neKoh's post...
If you have Windows XP, then it's Start (on Desk Top), then Control Panel, then Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, then Add other languages, then make sure the Tab for Language is open, and then Details, and also go to Advanced Tab, and pick the language from the drop down manu... I think. smile.gif

Unless I'm mistaken, there's supposedly a plug-in that alllows you to draw curves easier in Photoshop.
Links? (That is, if it actually exists...)
If not, is there a way to do so (within Photoshop, i.e with some sort of filter)?

@baKa-neKoh: What do you mean by "draw curves easier in Photoshop"? You can always try using the ''elliptical Marquee tool" (instead of clicking on ''Rectangular Marquee tool", right-click and choose "Elliptical Marquee tool"- With it, you can select things- You can also press on "Shift" while using it- Makes the selected area bigger-

If you want to draw curves or rounded shape, I'd strongly suggest you the "Ellipse tool" or "custom shape tool"---> Under the text tool, there is a ''rectangle tool"- Right-click and chose the tool you want or simply use some ''curved'' brushes- (you can find them on various photoshop related websites)

Hope it helped smile.gif

I only have photoshop elements 2.0 on my computer, so if any one here is good with a really old version of photoshop, I would love some tips!
I'm still trying to figure it out, I discovered filters, but they're still really confusing to me.

Ahh sweet!! lol, umm I have a question!! I have a really really old ps. It was a free burned copy lol. Its ps 5.0. like u know, for the old windows 98s?? yeahh well when I resize it smaller, the pic gets...... blurry?? I dont know.... It's not as clear as before.... and I work really big so I have to resize to post anywhere. Is it my settings?? or..... just cause old versions suck?? lol, i downloaded a trial of the new cs4 (ahh i want $700 so bad now ><) and it resized things fine!!

Make sure when you make the image smaller (x pixels by y pixels) that you're keeping the dpi the same amount.
