I like to write.. a lot, and sometime I get stuck, but I wouldn't say I have writer's block (although maybe occasionaly and to a small degree). I will write stories, and post them. I also take requests. Requirement/ what I would like to see for a request:

*Exposition (what characters (please include also what series they are from ((albeit manga or anime))/ where/ when/ what do you want the mood to be)
*A given amount of time (how long might you give me to work on it)
*Do you want it a certain length?
*Is it a fanfiction? If so, what kind?
*A short description of the character's personality (i.e. how do you want them to react to the situation you requested?
*If it is a fanfiction, on a scale of 1-10, how much of a fanfiction do you want it to be? (How involved?)((Note:1-10 only, you may put 0 for not at all, but don't be funny and put anything higher than 10))
*And genre (dark, happy, "I'm in love with... [so-and-so here]", etc.)

Any of these you can decide to let me choose. Note: The capturing of the personality of a real character may be diffucult, espescially if I don't know the character/anime (or manga) that well. Please give a quote that you think is the "character's personality in a nutshell"

You can also decide to let me use all of my writing elements in it, to write an original story. Also, you can post your own stories if you wish. Grammer and spelling people!! Punctuation!! But mistakes, are forgiven.

laugh.gif @ the choices. There's more to fanfiction than just porn, you know.

Also- this belongs in 'fanworks', if anywhere at all.

And as my own personal addendum, it's probably not a good idea to try writing a character you don't know based on a single sentence. (Unless you're making the character up as your own.)
Squishy-chan
yeah, well, fanworks, is under Fullmetal Alchemist discussions, which means it doesn't fit there, and I also asked for which series, for research, because writers do research. And the sentence is what you think describes the character best, so that I know how the describer feels about that particular character, for customer satisfaction =^.^=. Also, I said you could put 0, I know that. "0" means, to me, no relationship at all.

*Edit: Okay. Here's an excerpt from my SasukexEnvy fanfic:

...Itachi disappeared into the distance, blood dripping from the wound in his arm. Envy sighed, relieved and looked down at Sasuke, smiling thinly. Sasuke lie unconscious in Envy's lap, having passed out from the pain. Envy placed a hand on Sasuke's shoulder, gently squeezing it. He took a deep breath, tired from the day's events. Itachi had managed to escape, but at least he was wounded. Sasuke had been to weak to fight, and he had had to protect him. He knew that Sasuke might scold himself, but he would have savored Itachi's defeat. He wondered what it might feel like to Sasuke to face him, knowing the satisfaction that would flood through him as he defeated Itachi after years of waiting and loathing. Itachi would be back, no doubt about that. Envy moved his hand to brush a couple of hair strands that were clinging to Sasuke's forehead from the sweat. He began thinking about what had happened, back to when he had first met Sasuke, from the fight, to how he had reacted to the fire in Sasuke, his determination, to what happened with Kakashi, and now with Itachi. Suddenly, Envy could feel the blood rising to his face (if you could call the elixir that ran through his veins, blood). Pulling himself back into the real world, he noticed himself leaning forward, toward Sasuke. Then, to his own surprise, his lips met those of the unconscious boy in his lap. Sasuke had been fading in and out of consciousness for awhile now. But he had held onto what little he could. Suddenly, he felt skin contact. His eyes fluttered open, and he would've gawked, had he been able to. But he couldn't move, for some reason, and his heart was pounding quickly, making him weak. He closed his eyes, blushing, and succumbed, his jaw loosening. Envy, felt this, and, flushed, advanced, not being able to help himself. His tongue darted in between Sasuke's lips, who grew crimson. Unexpectedly, Sasuke slid back, propping himself up on his fingertips, now sitting in Envy's lap. Now a color closely resembling that of a pomegranate, Envy tore his lips from Sasuke's, his tongue retreating only a split-second after, as he turned the other direction. Sasuke took this advantage and scrambled off Envy's lap, onto the ground, his head throbbing again. Sasuke scowled, chiding himself, making a mental note not to hold the fact that she was a weak-kneed girl against Sakura. After all, she couldn't help what she couldn't help. Shaking his head, his dull, throbbing headache returned. Sasuke inquired why he felt like this from himself, as his consciousness became faint again. This time, as Sasuke fell towards the ground, Envy hesitated to catch him. But he did, lying him in the ground, facing with with his backs towards him to avoid any more, er... incidents. Envy sat with one leg folded beneath him, the other outstretched. As he stay there, he thought about what else might attack him in this strange world, and he would probably still have to protect Sasuke, if he continued on like this. Smiling, he slid a hand back and held Sasuke's. Sasuke continued slipping in and out of a feverish state of mind, but he grasped as much thought process as was possible. Together they thought, *Let what might come for us, we will handle it together.* Envy glanced back at Sasuke, who turned his head over, away from Envy, but he could still see the smile playing at the corners of Sasuke's moth. Then he realized, this was the first time he had seen Sasuke smile. He thought, *We'll manage. We'll make it through all right, we'll make it,* looking forward again, watching the sunlight fade away over the tree tops...

thank you!! please rate!!

I hate to sound like a b*tch, but I agree that it is bad idea to write a fanfiction about a character you know nothing about simply based on one sentence that somebody gave. You usually end up with generic Mary-Sue or Gary-Sue, and I can not begin to tell you how churned-out characters can ruin a story. You say that you plan to do 'research', but wouldn't you need to see or read the entire manga/anime series to get a good grasp of the character? Generally, a fanfiction author only takes requests for a work that they know inside out. I suggest just sticking to FMA, because this thread is dedicated to FMA fanfiction. (If not, you should ask a moderator to move it like Toby sugggested.)

Fanfiction: Shonen-Ai is probably not the best thing to post as a first example fic. There are no gaping grammar mistakes and you show a nice command of proper grammar and syntax use. The characters are OOC, but I do not know if that was what you originally intended. I would suggest making paragraphs as well, because readers might have trouble following. I apologize if I sound like I am flaming, but pointing out mistakes does help you grow as a writer.
Squishy-chan
ummm. I apologize to my friends before hand.. was really interested in this yaoi love triangle and a friend of mine wanted me to write it so she could read it.. O.o kk.. It's still in editing right now.. and under construction, so there might be only a little bit at a time.. and then I'll edit and add some more.. I apologize of someone reads this and is following, but I add too slowly for their liking... alright!! here goes! ( this consists of the following people: London, Rain, and Ryan. Yes that is their real names.. except Rain... that's just what everyone calls him.. like everyone calls me Squishy.. but to us, that is his name..)

Rain walked into Algebra class that morning, expecting the usual events in the uneventful Ms. Miki's class. As he approached his seat, London glanced up, sending his friend a wave and a grin, quickly ducking back down, before Ms. Miki could see. Rain turned to see, just in time, waving and smiling back. Ms. Miki looked up grimly, giving them the evil eye. London noticed Rain's wave and smiled, feeling... slightly warm..?? He felt his ears grow warm, but he kept his face down. They waited as their class went by agonizingly slowly. As they left class, they chatted lightly, waving as they parted, going to their next class. London departed to his class, a lightened mood promising to make this school day easier.

The blonde sighed in disappointment as Ryan walked into class. He looked up, shooting a suspicious glance at him, eyes narrowing. For some reason, he wished he would die. Maybe it was because he knew hat Ryan had at least a slight emotional attachment to Rain, and that Rain reacted to Ryan slighter more than he did to London. Why didn't Rain smile at him that way?

Yes, he knew he was jealous. But he just couldn't shake off his feelings for Rain. No matter what, he always came back knowing that what he felt when he saw his lean body, pale skin, long limbs, and that beautiful, sleek hair that bounced around his eyes and brushed his forehead, was what people called "like" maybe "love", but.... It couldn't be love could it??......

Ryan peered up from his desk, feeling the older boy's light eyes on him. He scoffed, recognizing that seething, loathing look he gave him on what now seemed like a regular bases.

London looked away, frowning but sniggered and rolled his eyes when a neighbor gave him a questioning look and nudged him. God, he could be a prick, but he didn't want to seem weird in front of all of his friends, since image was important. *AUTHOR'S NOTE: rolls eyes* He left class, grasping the last of Rain's enlightening presence, but throwing a death glare to Ryan who scoffed indifferently and shook his head, shrugging in his absolute cluelessness.

It was lunch time and everyone had wandered off to their usual hang-out with their friends, wherever and whomever that might be. Rain spotted Ryan when he came out of the cafeteria and hurried over to him to say hi. At the next bench area, London sat entertaining his friends and noticed that Rain was with someone else looking happy and entertaining them. *A/N: Their both.. err... class-clown types* Squishy, Vicky, Peny, Ryan, Molly, Emily('s V. D. and "Emo"), along with a lot of others that hung out there were all sitting, laughing while Rain was looking animated.

London frowned and got up, much to the surprise of his friends and stalked over towards them. Rain barely noticed, but looked up and grinned at the blonde who smiled and waved back. Unexpectedly, they did a weird routine (which usually happens between Rain and his current "laugh partner"- as I call them), making a lot of people laugh at their extreme dorky-ness.

Suddenly, the dark-haired boy put his arm around the other's shoulder and jumped up, as London caught him (it's one of Rain's favorite stunts-- don't ask- 'cuz I wouldn't have the answer). Ryan shifted, hand clenching in his lap, though few noticed. He tensed, eyes starting to narrow but he knew Rain did that all the time so he couldn't take it wrong. London noticed and watched him relax, then smirked just enough for him to notice.

Ryan sighed slightly and looked away.

"And all the world kaput-- or something" Rain sang out as he jumped down and flung his arms out ostentatiously. There was a chorus of roaring laughter as people's faces scrunched and held their sides, doubling over. The idiocy.

*A/N: OMG! I saw Ryan recently (I changed schools) and I was all-"whoa-mygosh!" His hair grew and got curly- and he's really good looking (to me)!! He's like--- dark-skinned Asian with long, curly dark hair-- well, at least that was what my confused hormonal mind saw.... whoa!! I like Ryan!! Holy crap!!--- I'm sosorry!! back to the story now--*

Ryan grinned at Rain who waved his hands with a flourish and fell with a flop, lieing down on the bench. The younger boy looked down at Rain whose head was almost touching his leg... just a little effort, and he could just lift his head and put it in his lap... Ryan shrugged it off and thought better of it.

Abruptly, the older boy sat up, folding his legs and stared intensely at the person sitting beside him. Without warning, he brought his face real close to Ryan's, so close, that he could pretty much feel Rain's breath on him. So close.... All I have to do is lean in... just a little bit more..... He thought, finding himself starting to lean forward. Rain brought his face back much to Ryan's disappointment, but stuck his finger right between the boy's eyes, crossing his own.

London noticed the slight tension and came over, sitting in Ryan's lap, placing his head in Rain's. Wavy hair shook and trembled as Ryan got up and stalked off quickly to some secluded part of campus. Scowling, he stopped to catch his breath and sank to the ground. What the hell was that?! He screamed to himself.

He couldn't figure out why he couldn't get his heart to stop racing. He was so busy seething, he hadn't noticed Rain get up to follow him. And Rain was so busy worrying and chasing after Ryan, he didn't notice London sidle along after him.

Ryan looked up, face still flushed, and still trembling to see Rain standing over him with a doting expression.

"What do you want??" he growled.

"You,"

"W-whaaaa??!!" Ryan yelped, incredulous as Rain dragged him to his feet.

"Come on! Let's go back!! I'll worry not knowing if you're okay or not."

"o-oh..." he replied, blushing. "Tha-that's okay... I'm fine. You don't have to--"

"No-- that's the thing-- I do! And if I don't worry, I get paranoid, and I get paranoid, I lose sleep, and when I don't get my beauty sleep, I'm a nervous wreck. You should know how these things work," he hissed, then added softly, almost a murmur, "you're not so bad looking yourself..." as he continued dragging Ryan along by the wrist.

And Ryan had to fight the urge to smile happily and giggle like a school girl. *A/N:Ano.... gomen, Ry-chan... I don't mean to insult....*

But London was devastated. Ryan had to always go and make Rain feel like that!! The way Rain made him feel. He quiskly sped off, finding his own secluded area.

When Rain appeared back at the lunch tables, still keelhauling Ryan, he inquired as to the blonde's whereabouts, but no one seemed to know-- the last they had seen him, he had gone with them. Which was weird, because R&R had been left alone together.

And suddenly, Ryan knew it was his fault.

"Ah! I knew it! I can't do this if it jeopardizes your relationship with him! I'll go, if it means he'll come back! Wait here-- I'll go find him!"

"Ah! wait-- no! It's alright-- Ryan! Ryan!!! RYAN!!!! RYAN!!!!!!!!"

But Ryan was already gone, sprinting after the blonde.

Rain tore away at a fast pace. Where could they have gone?! They shouldn't be left alone together, what if-- he shuddered at the thought. No-- he couldn't possibly like him enough to do that-- could he?

Rain might be a class clown, but he could be serious enough to know that this wasn't a joke.

He found Ryan stopped, resting on a flight of steps to catch his breath, his slight frame not letting him run very far for very long. Panting as hard as the younger boy, he angrily stalked up the steps to him.

Bringing his fist to the wall behind Ryan's head, and dangerously close to his face, his snaked close to him, hissing, "What in the hell do you think you're doing?! Huh!?"

"uhh... trying to safe your friendship by finding London...?"

"Uh-huh-- our friendship, huh? Right you weren't about to...?"

Ryan's eyes widened with realization. He thought--!

"NO! Hell no! Pfft! You thought!"

"That something was going on between you two," he finished for him.

"Why in the world did you ever think that??"

"Because you always pulled away from me, and you always seemed to blush when he was there, laugh when it was him, get all worked up and emotional when he was in your lap."

Ryan's eyes widened comically. There was no way he actually believed--

"To tell you the truth... I think it's you I've always liked-- I pulled away because I was nervous and embarassed, or London was breathing jealously down my neck. I always seemed to blush when London was there because he was there. And because I was blushing in you're presence but he just happened to be there-- it seems like it's always him 'cause he's always following you around. And I get all 'freaked out and emotional' becuase I don't like him and he was always doing it in front of you.... so... ya....."

"Seriously?!? Wait-- London-- JEALOUS!! HAHA!!! What a laugh! I don't think so! He always get's what he wants."

"But not you." Ryan replied softly.

Rain hesitated because he knew that the younger boy was right; the one person he liked was Ryan.

"Alright. But let's go find him and persuade him not to jealously murder us both," he said half-humoredly.

And so they wandered off to find London, shyly holding hands and Ryan holding back a sniffle, *A/N: Sorry, Ryan-- but somebody's gotta be uke.* their feelings reconciled.

THE END!!!! so what do you think???
