yeah... so if i dont sell it and stuff i shouldnt get in trouble with copyright stuff. anyway does anyone have any good fma sprites? i guess i could make some but they probably woudnt turn out too good. if this thread is still here then i will post the test version here.
ive started programming some stuff... but i need the graphics.
Oh, forgot to say this... note that whatever you have done with the game, even if you are not selling it and whatsoever, it's STILL illegal
. It's just that not selling, and not using music that are already copyrighted, will less likely get you sued.
...how is it illegal? it's like fanart or something. fanart isn't illegal.
- Unless I'm mistaking somehow, I think every time when you use copyrighted material without the copyright holder's permission, that's illegal. That's what the copy right is for.. saying "this is my material, and I hold the right to it, please don't use it without my permission."
It's highly unlikely that you will get in trouble for using it in fanart. Nonethless, I think it's a good thing that you will be aware of this, and I think that's what armor-alchemist
(Oh, and be particularly careful if you want to use some commercially available music. )
