yeah... so if i dont sell it and stuff i shouldnt get in trouble with copyright stuff. anyway does anyone have any good fma sprites? i guess i could make some but they probably woudnt turn out too good. if this thread is still here then i will post the test version here.

ive started programming some stuff... but i need the graphics.
Oh, forgot to say this... note that whatever you have done with the game, even if you are not selling it and whatsoever,
it's STILL illegal. It's just that not selling, and not using music that are already copyrighted, will less likely get you sued.
...how is it illegal? it's like fanart or something. fanart isn't illegal.
@
Annelili - Unless I'm mistaking somehow, I think every time when you use copyrighted material without the copyright holder's permission, that's illegal. That's what the copy right is for.. saying "this is my material, and I hold the right to it, please don't use it without my permission."
It's highly unlikely that you will get in trouble for using it in fanart. Nonethless, I think it's a good thing that you will be aware of this, and I think that's what
armor-alchemist is saying.
(Oh, and be particularly careful if you want to use some commercially available music. )
