O_O ok er i guess i should say sorry for writing posts before readin the rules

lemonbuzz - Yes, it IS necessary for us to keep using "existing threads", and ask members to refrain from making his/her own new thread for the same topic. And, here is why..
We currently have 25,185 registered members who are/were active, at one time or another, on this board.
Yes, 25,185 members!!
Now, imagine if each and every one of these members had decided that "Hey, I don't care if there is already a thread on this topic or not. I'm opening MY own thread for this topic!!"
Then, the forum would have been swamped with 25,185 extra duplicate threads on that same one topic!!
Next, imagine if each of these members did the same thing on MANY topics, making duplicate threads on many topics, like you did.. if each one did that on just 3 topics, making 3 extra duplicate threads... yeah, that's just 3 extra duplicate threads each PER MEMBER, but that, in aggregate, could have been 75,555 extra duplicate threads!!!!
Not to mention, you have made some SPAM threads also, right??
So, if everybody did that also, and each one have made few extra "nonsense" threads also, "just becuse feels like it," then that would have been another what?? 50,000 extra threads to 100,000 extra "nonsense" threads??
Now, how in the world we can keep our board to function properly and in orderly manners if this board were flooded like such many duplicate/spam threads???
We can't. The board would have been a total chaos, at least for a finite period, untill all these spam/duplicate threads've been cleaned out.
And, how long does it take to clean those thousands of unwanted threads?? Who knows!!
The board could have been shut down while it's getting the complete sweep-down, however long that takes... Or, worse.... (Ok, I don't know what's worse than the board getting shutt down, but we can think something here...

)
....Anyway, that is why (at least a part of reason) we have to have "No duplicste thread" and "No spam thread" rules, and we have to ask our members not to open a new thread if we already have a thread for that topic, and also refrain from making nonsense threads, I think.
That way, the board can maintain fairly normal orders, rather than being a total chaos, and everyone can find out fairly easily which thread to go to when someone wants to discuss some topic on this board, rather than getting confused as to which one of "several thousand" duplicate threads he/she should be posting on for that topic.

(That doesn't mean you cannot post... just please stop opening any more random/spam/duplicate threads!!

)
Anyway, see you around the board!!
